I can't even speak to a human to reschedule so tired of places doing this
They have problems with organizing, prioritizing, and defining what their plan is. Problems with rude staff, doctors that overbook patients so that the wait time can be ridiculous. Problems with Walk In Care in which anyone that comes in is simply sent back down to see their regular doctor without an appointment so then the wait time is even longer. Which makes me wonder why they have walk in care in the first place if most people are simply sent back down the hall? It's hard to see your regular doctor and have that professional touch. They also seem to be in a constant state if identity crisis when they are no longer a Family Practice and are trying to be everything from a mini ER to some vague Walk In Care to what ever Ambiguous doctors office. It's like they are trying to play Santa to the community wanting to represent everything. But when you do that with a small practice like that you end up representing nothing at all. Even though I think it is good to re-prioritize in any Medical Practice the fact is their constant need to re-prioritize in an almost constant crisis state of identity confusion is unprofessional. I also left a few years ago because some of the staff was rather rude.
Staff is friendly. Interior of building is clean and beautiful at least the parts that I saw. Free wifi. MRI procedure was painless. Highly recommended.
