Owner does a great job providing quality customer service. Had an issue and it was resolved very quickly. Washers and dryers works VERY well. Highly recommended laundromat.
Was very busy but it was a Sunday, so that's to be expected... what I wasn't expecting was the owner to be there cleaning the place and tending to the customers. That was a pleasant unexpected surprise! He was very kind and generous. He was changing the vending machines and even gave one of the kids waiting patiently for him to be done what she was wanting for free! By far one of the best experiences I've ever had at a laundromat! Everything was clean. Had a couple of the machines out of order but the owner was on it as soon as he was told they were not working. I will definitely be coming back here! Thank you for having the customer service that people need and the best laundromat on the whole east side!
This was literally the nicest laundromat I've ever been in. It takes credit cards, all the machines work, it's clean, it has wi-fi, 2 TVs that work with Netflix. Amazing.
Let's face it, we all detest going to the laundromat, but if you have to go, this is a very nice place. It was clean and obviously well attended. Lots of modern conveniences! I would certainly go back.
I was so happy to finally find some place where the washers weren't moldy and my clothes actually came out smelling clean there wasn't the stench of urine as soon as you go into the building the floors were actually clean and the dryers worked well. I'll definitely be doing my laundry here from now on.

This laundromat allows you to use cards as well as coins, and has a convenient Amazon drop box location inside as well. The hours are accommodating, and the machines are well maintained in a clean environment.
I’ve Never been to this laundromat before. I stopped to use the restroom and it was not the cleanest laundromat but it was good enough that I would do my laundry there if need be! But my reason for the post is they have 2 Desk Top computers WITH WiFi for the customers to use !! Kuddos to the owner I will MOST DEFINITELY TELL EVERYONE to use your Laundromat Thank You
The place is comparatively clean and well stocked. But the prices are kinda nuts. A single wash load on one of the cheaper machines runs $2, which is more expensive than the machines at my apartment complex. At this point it's more cost effective and time efficient to do regular laundry at home. I suppose it's good if you need to use the heavy-duty industrial machines here, but those are $5+ so be ready to shell out.
This is easily one of the cleanest and best kept laundromats in Madison! A bit disappointed in prices, 2 bucks for a basic load of laundry is expensive & that’s the cheapest - 4.50 for other washers is steep. while the card readers are awesome for accessibility, the 10 dollar hold can be straining on people struggling financially. Definitely a nice laundromat, rated 4 stars because of $$ Edit: thanks for the note on when you offer Free laundry and the work you do to help the community. Much appreciated and it explains the prices :D
