Eastside was extremely professional, very down to earth, and they made sure to explain EVERYTHING to us. We were not left in the dark about anything, no hidden fees or hidden agendas. we had a wonderful funeral service because of them!
They picked my brother up from the morgue and never called to tell us that they had his body. A week later when we went in for payment they tell us that they are unable to embalm the body. Had we not gone there to make payment we would not have been told that then. It was a holiday weekend and all they could say was there was miscommunication and offer apologies. Also, after having the body for a week we were not able to view him. I want to report them but my dad asked that i not. But I am leaving this review to warn people of thier level of service. Alss don't let them make you feel like you are getting a deal because you get what you pay for and if you don't pay for it they definitely don't deliver. It was already a horrible occasion and this experience made it much worse.
This funeral home is unbelievably unprofessional not a place anyone should take their loved ones who have passed if you actually care about them. My mother's cremation was handled so badly and they took a month sending documentation to who they needed to send it to prolonging my family grief over this loss. Pastor Roy was the most unprofessional and arrogant person in his position I have ever met. They're a joke. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL BEWARE
Eastside took extreme good care of my family. From beginning to end, they did a wonderful job on my cousin’s home going. I just love Rev. Roy
ZERO STARS HOW YOU LOSE A 2 MONTH OLD BABIES REMAINS DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED DON’T GO . THEY WILL NOT COMMUNICATE UNLESS U DRIVE UP THERE EVERYDAY . & EVEN WHEN U DO U GET LITTLE TO NO ANSWERS . AND U CANT CAUSE TROUBLE BECAUSE THEY STILL HAVE YOUR LOVED ONE. DEFINITELY SHOULD BE CLOSED . CREMATION TAKES A WEEK THEY TOOK A MONTH
Communication was off my family was told one thing and then we had to do something else and also they were late cremating her body and singing it off the death certificates everything was completely off communication was off timing was off just everything
Very compassionate and professional staff that goes above and beyond to make sure all your needs are met
I would not be using them again. They are unprofessional.They don't return calls.We just buried my brother on 11/10/2021 after having the service on 11/05/2021. The person that was helping us told all kinds of lies. We had to drive to the chappel and burial. We never got the chance to utilize the family car nor have a viewing. We were charged for those services.
Bad experience. Lots of miscommunication and not passing on important information in a time sensitive manner.
They have did funeral services for all my love ones and they are top notch and Mr.D and Mrs D said that @ least 10 members and have never missed a beat
