Wonderful customer service received from Helen!! My boyfriend was looking to buy a used car, and although Helen wasn't able to get him financed into a car, she took the time to speak with him in detail and referred him to another used car dealership where he'd have a better chance at approval. Even though we didn't complete an actual business transaction with BP Auto, the customer service provided by Helen was well worth leaving a good review for! Thanks Helen!!

This dealership is unprofessional and their customer service is horrible and poor. It's been almost 2 years since I've put a down payment on a 2012 Dodge Challenger. They said to come back to pick up the car after the up after they repair the wires, oil change & etc, on the car..... when I've arrived back to pick car up they already had sold the car. It's my fault I should been caution about buying their car because a lot of their cars are beat down paint chipped, seats ripped and carpet tore. Every time I go to this unprofessional dealership they keep saying they don't have the money there. {smh} They should have reimburse me my funds soon as they sold the car I put the down payment on. Stay away from this dealership if you choose to buy from this dealer it's at your own risk.

Went today trying to look at trucks but horrible customer service. I had to go get the guy to come out and he didn’t even want to come out. And was adding $3,000-5,000 on top of the prices they have posted. Another couple showed up and got no service. The moment he was done talking with us he went back inside.

Came in today and the gentleman that help us was amazing nice friendly and his vibe was the best I really recommend it.

Took out a Silverado here with a low down payment satisfied with the truck

Too many red flags, bad quality cars, scam plus as I see this guy rude as hell put more attention to your business than comments instead and if you don't like being review well go out of business.

I did not buy from this dealer because I bought a car and the car had lowered its mileage and the car was not serious and he sold a car without license plates and I was going to tell him that when I would give him the license plates and he left me angry and he was not even in the dealer. the madman every time I asked for the license plate and he didn't want to give it to me

Dont buy cars on this dealer they sell bad cars trust the others bad comments he is acting that he's a good man but he's not just dont go is a bad dealership with a lot of bad cars too

I went to 4 dealers got turned down, George in Finance showed me the History Report on the vehicle with out me asking. Any how I was approved with my bad credit. He got me the Truck i wanted with $1500 down and $280 month on a 2011 Chevy Silverado.. I love the truck I have had it for 6 months now , no issues.. They are honest and straight forward.

My Brother bought a vehicle five months ago from dealership, key doesn’t work never gave us the Carfax we still have not received the registration we’ve emailed them over and over. Called endless times. Same guy John picks up the phone today and says what do we want him to do about it? I told him registration/tags is overdue he said take it up with some kind of legal matter and hung up on us. that really puts us in a position where we have no choice but to take it up legally with the dealership, the finance company, contact the DMV w our documented repeated requests and put a legal complaint to the city. All we asked for was to mail us our state registration. A week ago after begging they emailed a blurry photo of our registration. Just send us our registration it belongs to us.
