If your truly watching what you consume, I wouldn't recommend going here. Photo below of the ingredients from my meal. Unfortunately I didn't check until I already ate the food. Just another company trying to capitalize off of the "health craze", but not really putting in the work to actually be healthy, lol. Food was ok, ingredients are garbage.
Just picked up my first meals from Eat Fit Go and was very impressed!! Great Service, very helpful team, and a great environment. The food tastes really good, and it is great price point for awesome quality of food!! When you consider the taste, convenience and quality of food compared to what you get at any fast food or even a sit down restaurant, this is very impressive. I would hardly try to make Salmon at home when I have time, and the first meal I ate was Salmon and it was really good taste and perfect portion size. I Highly Recommend and I look forward to utilizing them in many ways!!
I can't say that I am very impressed with the food or dine in. It's an interesting concept, and the idea that you can take prepared meals to bring home and cook at a later date is neat, and helpful. But I can't help but feel things are priced much higher than they could be. You are going to get healthy food that is marked to all your dietary needs on the label, and the staff was very helpful. I went here for lunch, and you can dine in and use their in-house microwaves to cook your food. Overall, unless you are going to do some sort of meal plan with them, I'm not sure what you get is wroth paying for a meal.
I’m so glad Eat Fit Go came to Sioux Falls! The food selection is amazing and the meals are tasty. It is a bit expensive but that’s because it’s REAL food. The four cheese penne pasta is the best. I highly recommend checking it out! They also have plans you can follow! I’ve never personally tried them but they look promising.
Stopped in to get my holiday ham and picked up a chef salad for lunch. It was large and filling. Fresh veggies and alot of ham, cheese and bacon bits. The staff was very friendly. Will definitely get lunch there again.
I eat at Eat Fit go every week. For a professional that is always on the go this is a healthy alternative for around the same cost that one would pay for a meal at unhealthy fast food restaurant. The salmon and steak meals are my favorite, and the staff is always extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
Heard about Eat Fit Go and went in to check it out. Jess helped me out and was very informative about all the foods and how the diet works. I have been on the diet for about a week and have lost about 7lbs. The food is very good and so easy to prepare. Huge shout out to Eat Fit Go and Jess!!
Food is way overpriced and tasteless. I have tried 7 or so of the meals, wanted to like but can't. Woman rolled eyes when I did not want to sign up for some rewards program. Jess I believe her name is. Have made same meals at home and can make a $10 meal for about $2. Just another company taking advantage of people.
Love the idea that I can stop in and grab something healthy when I don't want to cook. I have tried several meals, they were alright. Expect to pay $9 or $10 per meal. For that price I'd like the food to be a little tastier.
Friendly and kind staff, food was actually good the steak and eggs was our only okay meal. 4 stars because of price. It's a little expensive for us, but understand it's a time saver!
