I have an AAS Degree in Chef Training at San Jacinto Central. I am almost completely self-taught aside from the great professors I had at school (Ernest Beccera and the late Leonard Pringle) who have taught me so much. I bake, decorate and sell all my creations from my home as a side job. This is my passion, and I hope to someday own my own bakery so that I can expand my knowledge and make cakes on a larger scale. I thank God everyday for the talent HE has given me and also my family, friends and boyfriend for their support and encouragement.
