Pleasantly surprised by our visit here, perhaps because we did not expect much? Our waitress was super efficient and on the ball. She helped guide us through the process of making selections. She came by regularly to refill our coffee and see if we needed anything, and in general took great care of us. Food selection was what you find everywhere, but the kitchen paid attention and everything was done right. Other outlets of this chain should take notes! Finally, there was way too much food provided, so we had leftovers. Oh shucks.
It’s a clean, pleasant environment and the servers are helpful/friendly but they royally messed up some of our order. Yes there were small, forgivable details. They forgot two smiley cookies, and my girlfriend’s buffalo chicken wrap had lettuce and tomato which we asked not to be included but here’s the kicker: they put BACON in it. Putting bacon in someone’s food even by accident can be a BIG issue if the item doesn’t mention bacon especially because 1. there could be a range of reasons why someone wouldn’t want bacon in their food, many of them very personal and 2. bacon grease gets in the food. If someone’s sensitive to the taste of it, they cannot simply take the bacon off of the food. It’s sad because the rest of the food was actually pretty good, but we can’t see ourselves giving Eat N’ Park a shot after finally doing so.
My friend and I went to enjoy the salad bar. The salad bar was perfect except the bread was covered in fruit flies. That grossed us out so we ordered garlic bread but it wasn't good at all had no flavor. I hope when we return if we decide too that the fruit flies will be taken care of. Also they have the best sweet tea and really nice waiters.
Ordered from the menu. I had the ham steak, eggs, hash browns, and toast. The ham steak was big. The scrambled eggs were beautifully folded in the middle of the plate. The hash browns were half the plate oval plate. The hash browns had a little too much black pepper on them for my taste. Everything was hot when served. Also ordered grilled stickies which were hot when received but I let them sit so they were cold when I ate them. Still good but the sauce is better when still syrupy my fault. We did wait as we hit here during the after church crowd. Good food, well done!
Overall a nice place to eat if you need a quick bite. Food is good but never really impressed me. Service was good, although it can take a bit of time to actually get a table depending on how many people are working that day.
January 13, 2023 went here 1730 hours with 4 adults and 4 kids, seating was quick, restaurant half full. Food took forever after ordering standard fare so went to manager after 35 minutes who was relatively uninterested. Food came shortly after that and big boy burger missing half the ingredients, salad bar missing bowls and had dirty dishes, beets were rancid, kids meals seem to have sat in kitchen, Asked waitress why everything took so long and she said "well we had other families with more people and the drive through is busy". Nice. Spent over a hundred dollars for this. We had a great time so didn't want to make a scene but would have walked out and asked for refund. I know, I know.....pandemic, supplu chain, hard to get labor blahblahblah....will NEVER go again to this location and neither should you.....at the end of night waitress says " I left cookies at the end of the table" oh, thanks....they were the only things fresh...
The best Eat'n Park location we've been to yet. The place is clean and never seems to be overwhelmed by busy times like the Waterfront location. The food is better quality as well, everything just seems more polished. Great location on Rt. 88., except turning left out of the parking lot is tough to do. Wheelchair accessibility: Easy, totally flat entry to the building, though automatic doors would help.
Eat N Park is always a solid experience. The menu has a lot of variety, and the food is good quality and reasonably priced. Of course, Eat N Park is best for breakfast or brunch where you will not be disappointed! Try visiting on Saturday for the buffet.
I swore I would never go back about 2 years ago because of horrible service and even worse food. But we were out for breakfast and this was the nearest option. I cannot stress enough how impressed I was with the turnaround there. Great service and even better food. I will definitely go back again for breakfast. Well done Eat n Park!
We stopped at the Eat’n Park in Bethel Park, Pa. and picked up a quart of Chicken Noodle Soup at their drive-thru. Once we arrived at home and went to serve it, we were very disappointed. In the entire quart, there was not one piece of chicken! There were a few shreds of carrots and tons of homemade noodles. It appeared and tasted like chicken bullion broth with noodles. I understand that they only charged $9.00 for the quart, but we would have paid more for chicken noodle soup with chicken in it. While we enjoy their breakfasts, burgers and entrees, we will NOT be purchasing any of their soup in the future.
