Good food and Branden was a great server
The place was clean . Service was good. I ordered a ground sirloin with a salad and side of broccoli . The food was good and came out hot. Prices were reasonable. My only complaint was that the fries my wife had ordered were not hot as she specifically requested. Therefore the reason for the 4 stars.
This is my go-to late night breakfast restaurant. The booths are clean, the servers are pleasant, my order is always correct. It's pleasantly quiet. The food is delicious. I love the local art on the walls. I come here all the time and don't plan to stop.
I went to the Mentor location earlier today. Service was mediocre. Waited over 5 minutes to be approached by a server. Once approached, we asked for a water and iced tea. Took another 5 minutes to get the beverages. I was told it took time because the tea was just brewed but it showed no signs of just brewed. Lots of ice in tea that didn't melt because of just being brewed. Tea was not warm. We ordered salad bar. There were no bowls for soup and had to ask for more and ran out of plates, had to ask for more. We weren't asked for beverage refills. The server than asked it we needed anything else at the same time she was handing me the check. Well, I guess not. I'm sure I'll be back but I hope the service is better.
Great food. Great prices and the young man who waited on us was superb. We had 3 kids 7 and under with us so there was a little mess and spilt milk. He was so patient and kind helping to clean up. Would highly recommend this place for the quality and service.
This place is for old people with no taste buds. I'm not trying to offend anyone but all there food taste fake all the way down to the potatoes. The burgers taste fake too. They can't make latte or coffee it all taste watered down. I won't come back to this place. And it took 30 minutes I timed it to get are drinks. Then the waitress gave us are food some time later but no silverware.
We were just there Saturday all of us had the buffet it was really tasty the fruit was fresh The salad bar was tremendous. The soups were hot and incredible. Our wait was amazing.
Excellent place to take kids for breakfast. My children love it here. No wait times. Close free parking. Breakfast buffet is amazing. Staff is very nice.
Always smells like a wet dirty mop no matter when you go. Salad bar is kind messy. Hot soups are alright. Clam chowder is fabulous. Dinner menu is ok. The wait staff needs a little work. Takes way too long to be seated or when its time to pay. Heard some of the folks in the kitchen complaining about jobs. Prices are good if your taking a family. They serve kraft mac n cheese on the kids menu thank goodness. Over all its ok. I go there to eat speghetti with meat sauce. Its the best. Only reason for low rating is the mop smell.
I always go here and get a sandwich with the salad bar. Came in on a Sunday and apparently you can not add the salad bar on Sundays because it is brunch. I looked all through the menu and online and not one place does it say it is not available on Sundays. The waitress did not help by offering any alternatives.
