You will be very glad you got Karlee as your waitress. My Heavens that girl is a pinball around this floor. Each of her customers were smiling when she was engaging them, and all seemed as pleased as I was. My meal was the meatloaf. Piled high and very filling. I wish I could have stayed longer because the place is clean, quiet, and well managed in my opinion. Thanks Karlee and Crew!

The service I had was great. The waitress was very nice and hard working. I was enjoying my breakfast sandwich. I had a steak,egg and cheese bagel and as I was ready to take the last few bites I found a hair. Totally made my stomach turn. I told the waitress about how they need to wear hair nets because obviously they didn't but it didn't reflect on her service or the tip I was leaving her. I left her 37percent of the bill. She deserved it and they depend on those tips.

Had to dial back on the food. They have super wedding soup on Thursdays and carry out quarts have plenty of pasta and meatballs!  But this time the soup wasn't hot, just warm, and a few hours later I was feeling sick, bloated, most of the evening.  It was a one-off, I've eaten it before from here and never had problems, just time time I wasn't sure if I'd be spending the night in the bathroom or not. An hour or two but that was all.  Service was incredibly friendly, so far never any complaints in that department. This is the only Eat'n Park where I've had good counter service.  They smile at you and everything!

We entered the McKeesport Eat'n Park around 4:15 p.m. We were promptly seated. We were 1 of only 3 tables seated in the entire restaurant. There was only 1 server on duty.  It took her 3 trips to bring our party of 5 our drinks 1 water, 2 Mountain Dew, and 2 coffees.  We placed our order, and got our food in a decent amount of time, but again, it took our server several trips to deliver the food. The quality of the food was mediocre at best. My Nantucket cod was swimming in too much butter.  One of our party members ordered a slice of pumpkin pie that was riculously small for the price. We have been to 2 other Eat'nParks in the area over the past 2 weeks, and this one left a lot to be desired. We left feeling underwhelmed, which is a shame, as they used to be "the place to go".

Ordered from brunch buffet and from menu. Food came out cold from kitchen and buffet food was cold as well, not hot enough to melt butter . Waitress offered to heat up kitchen order in the microwave, manager offered softer butter for my cold waffles. Manager attempted to make it right by making it himself and removing kitchen order from the bill,  but was so frustrated by the wait didn't want to stay. Never did address cold buffet food.

I’m truly disappointed with the service and food from this location. Flies on the salad bar. Flies around the table. Hair in the potato soup this time. Last time there was a large piece of plastic in my quart of potato soup when I got home.  I told my waitress the salad bar had on food so I no longer wanted it. I was still charged as she went in the kitchen screaming to others that I was paying for the salad bar because I touched the salad bar. Very unprofessional.  I won’t even be calling to complain this time. I have given this location too many chances. Even children were shocked at the quality of food. Waste of $50 and a long time customer lost.

Everything was so good! The food was excellent! Dessert to die for! Service was amazing! Couldn't have asked for a better place to go have a nice relax dinner that doesn't cost an arm and a leg, but still tastes like it should! PS to any one that had not tried the Oreo pie, you have no clue what your missing! Hands down best I've ever had..... Best dessert period!

Unfortunately, the Eat' n Parks have changed drastically over the years. Seldom are they staffed enough to meet the requirements of their customers. I do find the servers pleasant, however, rushed and less attentive because there are so few of them. The food is ok and it's nice to have the salad bar open again.

The three of us ordered the famous eat n' park cod fish sandwich.  We all agreed it was excellent, tasty and delicious. It looked exactly like the sandwich portrayed on TV. I also ordered the stuffed pepper soup. It was also very very good. We will go back again soon. The coleslaw could have been a bit creamier, but it was good. Service was excellent.
