Eatalian Cafe' was born in 2010, from Antonio Pellini dream to start a new concept of Italian Restaurants in California.... not anymore fancy decor and East Coast Italian cuisine but real and authentic Italian food from his region in Italy: Emilia Romagna! Our Pizza is like the one you eat in Ventoso, small Italian village with antique culinary tradition in Italy!
