I was there last fall but the employee working was extremely helpful and they had a very large variety of the shoes and Brands I was looking for. I was able to find the perfect pair of DCs and colors that I absolutely love. I've been wanting to get a new pair of DCs for years. It also helps that my feet are small enough I fit youth sizes and youth sizes are cheaper than adult sizes. So if you have small feet definitely check out the youth size
Friendly staff, greeted us immediately. HUGE well stocked selection.
Great pricing on shoes and they have excellent customer service. Very knowledgeable staff.
Staff friendly. Price descent. Hard to find styles and sizes. Shelves not organized.
They are reasonable price on some of their shoes. Only problem that I see is that to many customers. Don't put things back as they should. And not enough employees to pickup after rude customers
Loved it found just what I was looking for and a great pair of shoes.
Although the employee was friendly the store was not handicapped accessible at all!!! Signs all over saying don't make a mess but yet theh put ALL the boxes to stock piled in the isle no way to get a wheelchair around at all. Think they might need an ADA sign to remind them what to do.

Not impressed! They didnt have my size of the shoe I needed for a trip so a man told me to go online and I'd get rhe same price. He also told me they were getting a truck the next day and to check back soon. So I called four days later and a women told me they got the truck but hadn't unloaded it becuase she short staffed. I checked online ans rhe price was way different so she said Ya it will be different. I told her which shie I needed and she said "well at rhis point that might be all we have". BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Its like she was trying everything NOT to get me the shoe I needed that they had in stock but not my size. I wont recommend this store to anyone.......
We buy at least one pair of shoes a week in my family I don't know why it seems this way but literally at least once a week one of us is buying a pair of shoes. My husband often gravitates here. Well their prices are comparable they do also have a big selection to choose from. Except they do not carry Jordans. It drives me bonkers that only one store in Eau Claire carries Jordans that I'm aware of. the shoe department encore is usually pretty friendly and helpful once you get their attention. My guess is the workers are underpaid as many of them don't seem very happy anytime we're in there but I could be wrong. Somethings got to be off for the staff to seem unhappy like they do every time we go in there. Not many smiles that's for sure, but although they don't seem very happy to be at work, they do treat their customers with respect and remain courteous. I realize that's sort of contradicting but I'm sure you can relate to what I'm saying when I say you can tell they're not happy but they're still nice. Overall low the store is a good store and the staff is good staff.
