The Purpose of EPHA...
1. Collect, preserve, catalogue, and display as appropriate, items of historical interest pertaining to the general region from Ebbetts Pass to Angels Camp along CA St. Route 4, defined herein as the Ebbetts Pass corridor.
2. Educate and share information with all interested parties on the history of the Ebbetts Pass corridor.
3. Collect, assemble and/or publish publications deemed necessary for the preservation of the history of the Ebbetts
Pass corridor.
