Earlier this week, I visited Ebelings with my husband and young daughter in search of a bunny for myself. When we arrived we were greeted with kindness and compassion by Brandi. She made sure that I had all of the supplies I could possibly need for our new bunny, let me hold him and talk to him before sending us on our way. She even called to verify that we were purchasing the correct food for our new fluffball. She was so incredibly kind and patient despite my chaotic toddler running around. It has been nearly a week since I purchased Matcha the Holland Lop, and it’s obvious that the breeder who breeds them does a wonderful job at keeping them happy, healthy and friendly. I have to thank Ebelings just as much because I know the care that goes into bunnies when they’re waiting to be adopted is just as important. This is a wonderful, small, locally owned pet store with kind service, and great treatment of their animals. They have a pretty wide variety of natural supplies for small animals which is hard to come by in chain pet stores. Bonus: my husband says Cougar the Koi is the coolest Koi to ever swim this earth.
Friendly little pet store that has all your basic needs! I get my pets dog food and cat food from here and the service is always great! They have a stamp card and with every visit it gets stamped and once it's filled you get $10.00 off your purchase.
I am hoping this reaches the right people. This pet store is absolutely amazing. We bought a Hollander lop about a month or so ago. My brother bought a beauty Opal rex recently as well. I know this may be a weird update... But these are things that I would want to know. They are the most beautiful and sassy little buns. They are not only the cutest but have the best personalities!!! I just want the pet store and the breeders to know that they have been and forever will be both loved and spoiled to no end. They are free roaming and litter trained, neutered, lots of toys, nutrition, and most importantly love. They absolutely dominate our homes and we love them even more for it. Thank you so much Ebeling Pet Center and the breeders of these beautiful bunnies for making such an impact on both of our families lives. Also the lady that helped us was absolutely amazing. I cannot thank her enough!!!
The store is neat, organized, and they carry everything from exotics to dog and cat supplies. The staff is very friendly and they have exceptional customer service.

This has been my go to pet store the last 2 or so years and the owner and other lady are the sweetest people in the world. Very kind and loves to talk about our pets and how they are doing! Great prices very clean, always happy!
Perfect shop in B'ville for pet needs. All kinds of toys and food from hamster to cat to dog to fishes! Clean store and open atmosphere make it easy to find what you need. I love to buy toys here for my dogs and they love the toys and filled bones they get. Good reward program for shopping here too. Super friendly people there too. Small selection however still has plenty of options for a locally owned shop. My pit mixes are picky and destroy any and all toys so they can only have the sturdy big-dog toys that are hard to find in-store
Very knowledgeable staff, very friendly and helpful. This is the only pet store we have gone to, to buy pet hamsters and they don't die in the first couple of days/weeks. Not a huge selection, however great prices and very well taken care of animals.
Great staff. Good place to get your basic reptiles and rats. Extremely affordable place
