Thank you for the fast shipping on my order. Your product quality is excellent. All pieces were included, along with easy to read instructions.

eBuilderdirect's staff showed great initiative on my order. I needed some hinges quickly, so I used expedited shipping. An alert staffer saw that I lived 20 miles from their warehouse and they had an employee who lived near me. So, the employee is delivering the hinges to me on her way home, and I saved the expedited shipping charge.

Ordered a Schlage rekey kit for around $24. The follower in the kit did not fit the knob cylinder, therefore destroying the springs inside. When I called, they admitted that the follower didn't fit the oblong end of the cylinder. I received a $4 refund for the follower, but I'm still out another $20 for a destroyed lockset.  UPDATE: In response to the owner's message. That offer would have meant more 2 weeks ago when I first called, then it does now. The only reason I can think of for offering this now is that you received a bad review. I would suggest being a little more proactive in the future. A full refund would be appreciated to make up for the cost of the new lockset I needed to purchase 2 weeks ago.

I ordered 14 levers from ebuilders and am extremely happy with them.  Each handle came individually boxed and free from defects. Shipping was fast.
