FIRST AND LAST time going to this car wash. On July 2nd 2023 we made a quick stop to this carwash before heading on the expressway to buy fireworks for my kids. Once we parked at the firework shop my husband noticed the cover of the sideview mirror on the passenger side i was driving was not there. I immediately called the Carwash and spoke with Mohammed, told him i was there 30min ago and if he could look for this part. After he put me on hold to look for the part he said it is here. I asked if it was scratched or broken and he said no it is fine. He said to come to the office to get it from him. Once there Mohammed gave me the part and i immediately noticed the hinges to connect to the main mirror were broken off. I asked him what could i do and he said i can make a report in which we did that same day. The next day I received a call from Manager Caden in which he said they reviewed the footage and the part blew off at the end when the dryers were drying the car so the part was probably broken already. I told Caden i would like to review the footage as that is impossible as the part was not broken to begin with. Caden told me i had 2 options, 1. to go through my insurance to request the footage which i am not as my deductible would be more than what that part would cost or 2. Write an e-mail through their website and request the footage for a fee. After i hung up with Caden i sent an email for the footage, that was July 3rd. Yesterday since i did not hear back at all i called and left a vm and sent another email. I get a call today July 26th from Mike stating that he received an e-mail from higher ups to tell me that the only way to view the footage is to go through my insurance. What cowardice to hide behind an employee instead of calling me and doing things the right way. What a shame on this Company, its service and its management.
This is a great, quick car wash. We have a monthly pass on all three of our vehicles, and have nothing but good things to say about the staff there. They are all extremely helpful and friendly, and are quick to solve any problems that pop up. Free vacuums and mat cleaners are a huge plus, and the bug prep stations are much appreciated. The wash is thorough, and my only minor suggestion would be a longer dry time. A huge shout out to the staff of Eco Brite. You make it the best place to go!
$3 car wash and you get a free air freshener what else do you want? $10 a month club unlimited washes they got it! All different sorts of add-ons, along with the friendliest staff. You can't beat it. Especially with the free vacuums and floor matt cleaners included!
This place has a very different setup. Although you will leave with the best car wash and free air freshener, it will be very difficult to take advantage of the free vacuum. The way this location is set up, the vacuum is located on the same side where people pull in for car wash, making it very difficult to get out because of the line having you block in or waiting to pull out.
Awesome car wash! The monthly package is excellent. I usually wash my truck here daily. As a fellow Alsip business owner, I love to support local establishments. Highly recommended!
Eco Brite is THE PLACE TO GO FOR A SUPER CLEAN CAR!!! Thick suds and all made my car SPARKLE!! They are cheaper than their competitors in this area for a monthly subscription !!! The vacuums are POWERFUL!!! Not filled with trash like the competitors hoses!!ECO BRITE’s hoses are clean to the touch as well.this place still feels brand name!! I use the location on 87th but I also used the location on”111 and Cicero “and I got the same service and results!!This is why I only got to ECO BRITE!!!
I believe this car wash should clearly state the meaning of “unlimited “ car wash and not try to entice customers and then embarrass them with unwarranted calls. Telling you that you have been flagged for using your car for commercial purposes! Whatever I use my car for is none of your business. Stop deceiving customers and state it clearly that the $10 unlimited car wash is not for cars used for commercial purposes. Or better still cancel the deceptive services you are offering!!! Have a bit of dignity and be truthful to what you are advertising. I used to use Clearwave car wash before I switched to this deceptive $10 advertising. Clearwave never questioned my car activities nor prying into how many times I washed my car.
This location is always clean. Every time I come, I see workers checking the garbage levels and clearing the vacuums. Upon entering the wash, they are always friendly and professional.
Best car wash ever. The workers are very friendly. I’ve been going here for a couple years and I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.
