I have had leaking in my basement for 5 years and it progressively got worse. I also have a wall that is bowing in. The reason I waited 5 years is because Perma Seal and US Waterproofing were outrageous and their customer service wasn't the best. I found Tim and EcoDry on Facebook and gave him a call. Within 3 days he was at my house for an estimate. It was right after a huge storm that flooded my basement and Tim was busy but found the time to come do the estimate. The estimate was short, sweet and to the point and that's what I like. Not only was Tim's customer service outstanding, but his prices were great as well! I scheduled the work to be done 2 months out. During the two months waiting, many questions came to my mind and Tim always responded right away and was able to answer my questions thoroughly and he was nice and caring, never seemed bothered about my 50 questions. The day of the work, Tim and his crew showed up on time and completed both parts of the job in 2 days. Tim and his crew were so polite and caring and always asking if I had any questions. They kept my basement clean and they cleaned up their messes. We had two really big storms and I am so happy to say I have had zero water in my basement! I would without a doubt highly recommend EcoDry to anyone without hesitation! Thank you Tim!
We had Tim and Eco Dry out to our home in Chicago to have a look at our basement and our water issues. Tim was absolutely the most experienced and forthcoming with options in rectifying the water coming in to the home. We did not want to spend a fortune on a full water proofing system but Tim was very knowledgeable with options we had. Tim broke down the pricing so we could see where our money was going - unlike a big lump sum number from other companies. We scheduled Tim in a timely manner and he was on time and professional. Always talked through what he was doing and didn't mind if we hung around and watched. He kept his work site and our basement clean and picked up after the job. The basement is sealed and no water has penetrated the home since. We have zero reservations in recommending Tim and his Eco Dry team.
