Our humanely raised, locally produced foods are targeted to enlightened chefs and consumers seeking healthier, more environmentally beneficial alternatives to meat products from large-scale, intensive production systems, which can compromise animal well-being and produce products of less-than-ideal culinary quality.
We do not currently ship our products, but we have plans to make our meats more widely available through a network of buying clubs throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region.
