The hotel was perfectly fine. My room was clean, the bed was comfortable enough. It's a fine hotel. The front desk guy wasn't a smiley friendly guy, but he did his job. I just hate how I had to pay $120. Maybe I don't know how expensive hotels are supposed to be, but that seemed like too much to me.
I checked in on September 10th 2015 room was very clean maintained with care. The first thing I checked was the sheets, pillows, all linens everything was clean. The bathrooms were maintained very well air conditioning unit working functioning properly. The flat screen plasma TV had a considerable amount of channels. I can't complain at all I would definitely stay again. I didn't mention the lady at the front desk was very nice she took care of me quickly with no problems standard size room standard set up.
Room was decent and fairly clean. The area was great except for the hotel itself. Very sketchy!!!! I saw so many drug addicts and prostitutes! My boyfriend was even asked by a "guest" if he had any drugs for sale. It seems like people are living there. I did not feel very comfortable/safe.
We had a really good experience. The night desk clerk was very accommodating and went out of his way to make sure we had what we needed. He definitely gets an A++ on his customer service skills. The only reason I did not give a 5 star rating is because the carpets in the room we're very old and soiled and need to be cleaned. Also the breakfast in the morning was not adequately provided for. Meaning they ran out of pretty much everything except for coffee and juice by 9 o'clock. Other than that I have no complaints. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to my friends.
Our stay was great. Our check in time was 3pm, we got in town a bit earlier I went in and asked if I could check in an hour early and they said yes. Our hotel room was very clean. Everything seemed nice and up to date. It's not a fancy hotel but it does the job. We were looking for an inexpensive hotel and I found this one and for the price we paid we got a great room. It was about 10min away from Disneyland so that was great right out the freeway in a good place. Lots of restaurants close by to eat. This is an honest review so anyone that is out there looking for a hotel and is not looking to pay alot of money take this place into consideration. Our second trip will be in October and I will gladly be staying at this hotel again.
The location is pretty close to the freeways, and almost down the road from Knotts, and extremely close to stores and restaurants, which is nice. The parking lot is extremely tiny and it fills up quickly, especially on the weekend, so you have to park next door. The rooms are clean, but we did have an issue with our bathroom and we had to change rooms, and the person on the reception told us that it was a better room, much more safe than our original room. It does look dated and a bit run down, but it works of you're only looking for a place to sleep at night after a day in the theme parks.
Price was expensive considering the condition of the location. Refrigerator in both rooms that I rented did not work. The electrical sockets did not work. When I went to the rental office to ask for help the individual working there did not pay attention even though I was calling him. It waited there calling The individual working in The office for close to 10 minutes. The mini refrigerator in the room was very dirty. I brought snacks and fruit for my wrestlers and we had to place everything in plastic bags because of the uncleanliness of the refrigerator. The microwave was the same. I rented two rooms and both rooms had very similar issues. Will not be going there again.
i love this hotel, me and my best friend were going to Disney land by our self for the first time. And the first hotel we pick was horrible, the towels where dirty and the staff was rude, there was a homeless guy taking a shower in front of our door and someone begging for money. going door to door. we went to Econo Lodge and the room was 10 times better, the staff was amazing even the people staying there. there a bar/ restaurant next door, and a jack n box and a gas station. we were so happy there and we want to stay there every time we go to Disney land.
Accommodations are adequate. Feels like a safe area but the walkways are dirty and some of the rooms have an odor or the a/c doesn't work right. We changed rooms, they were helpful but it might be in your interest to spend a little more and get a nicer room.. We didn't plan ahead.
Nice spacious room. Staff was pretty friendly . Just didnt like the smell in the room but once you turn on the ac and light a candle it goes away . Didn't see any bugs. Clean room. I stayed here 2 years ago and its still the same ! Super quiet too
