I booked online with priceline. When I got there it looked like I was paying to live on skid row! Roaches all over, sink was loose, big 6"×12" hole in the bathroom wall with trash inside the wall, people outside smoking and sitting in their cars. Some cars looked abandoned! I got my money back and will never! ever! ever! Book this hotel. I would rather sleep in a public park! Safety: Drug addicts in just about every room.
You check in at a window. In the morning you still can't go in, no coffee let alone breakfast. Beds are small, but in all we had a good stay. Great water pressure for shower!! Very kind people run this hotel. Would stay again!Rooms: 5/5
I've never felt so unsafe. Homeless man sleeping outside property. Fully tattoo'd guy loitering out front who looked like he was in a gang. There is no lobby, just a locked window. A lot of people seem to be staying there long-term bc they're hitting hard times. They give you the key card and TV remote bc ppl steal them?. The room door had a dent in it, no towels or soap. The bedding had stains. I don't even know where this free breakfast is, if the only way to talk w staff is through that window. There are signs everywhere that say "security cameras". I left when the cops pulled in. Safety: Not safe, cops. Homelessness, seedy looking characters.
I had bad experience stay there the first time I stay there everything was locked and you inside the lobby , there is loud music being playing all night, no breakfast , no coffee, no microwave and no refrigerator inside hotel room, you have to get tv control from front desk, and second time I try to get the man who worked rip off of $100 of service fee to stay that not included and a lot of fees if you break anything there, the swimming pool was disgusting and dirty , don’t waste your time and money and not staying here ever again I have rate one of bad service because I was unhappy with service there I came with my family ! i will bring my family never stay here again !
