The rooms were clean and tidy. Pet-friendly is important for us as we travel with our dog, so that was a bonus. The day and night managers were both very polite and helpful. They did serve a complimentary hot breakfast waffles, fresh fruit, yogurt, hard-boiled eggs, bagels, muffins, toast, pastries, cereal and coffee and orange juice. Overall it was very pleasant. Highly recommend if you're looking for a budget-friendly stay.
The service at this hotel was outstanding. The guy at the front desk was super friendly and worked very hard to make sure that we received the room that we needed and check in was a breeze. The room was average size I’m pretty comfy. We have a pool but I didn’t use it, but it looked clean and well-maintained. The best part of all housekeeping even asked us what time that we wanted them to come by so that they did not wake us up. I’ve never been asked that in all of my years of traveling. Thanks guys we really appreciate such a nice stay and excellent service.we would definitely stay again!
I'm moving back to Florida and just needed a relatively affordable place to stay, and I understand the meaning of "Econo" in the name. Still, the service at the front desk was something you would expect at a much higher-end hotel. The staff were super nice and accommodating, and I felt much more than welcome. I never leave hotel ratings, but I absolutely had to leave this one. Thanks for making the long drive so much more tolerable!
A big shout-out to the staff here! The staff was the best here from the time we arrived to the time we left. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and relaxed there. The breakfast was your average but they're sweet enough to make you waffles. I would definitely recommend this place to stay and will definitely stay there again in the future.
We usually stay at Marriott brand hotels but weekend rates were high due to ut home game. We booked here for a one night stay based on the reviews and we weren't let down. The room was sparkling clean. I don't think I've ever seen a cleaner bathtub in a hotel room. Our bed was so comfortable! We will definitely return when we are in the area. Excellent customer service as well! This is definitely an owner that takes pride in his business.
I often rate places I've been but rarely do I leave a review, but this time I am compelled to tell everyone what a great experience this was. We were traveling due to a death in the family so everything was last minute. On the way out we paid twice as much for a similar room. It was ok, but breakfast was terrible, the room was acceptably clean,, but the outside smelled like urine. Not here! If I could give 20 stars for service, I would. Wade was a delight as he checked us in we did not have a reservation and this morning we not only had a fresh meal, our waffles were made for us! I was even given a tray to carry my breakfast back to my extremely clean and comfortable room! And the shower was hot and plenty of water pressure. We live 350 miles away, but this location is saved in my maps because we'll go out of our way to stay here again!
This was a great place to stay. I accidentally booked a smoking room and Mr. Patel went the extra mile to make sure the smoke smell was minimal without me asking! He would have changed my room but they had no other rooms available and the I didn’t expect anything different since the mistake was mine. I watched him wait on his customers and make waffles for them. He really goes above and beyond to make his customers experience the best it can be. The room was clean and everything with the room was as it should be. Do not hesitate to stay here! I guarantee you will be pleased if you do!
Terrible smoking smell in a non-smoking room. The sheets pillowcases towels etc did not smell fresh, probably being washed altogether with the smokers room items. Extremely stale smell throughout the whole room. Comforter was stained, wallpaper peeling in the bathroom, poor cleaning of the ceiling in the bathroom, the ceiling peeling over the light in our room, 213. We did not have any of the breakfast service so I can't comment on that. No exhaust vent in the bathroom. You get what you pay for it this hotel. The only good thing about this was the front desk guy on Saturday afternoon when we checked in he was extremely helpful. Do not recommend this hotel unless you're looking for a cheap place to stay.
