The staff is very helpful and pleasant. Great coffee. Beautiful lights at night. Super comfortable beds and clean sheets. Very nice, soft towels. Not the cheapo kinds. Best Econo Lodge I've ever stayed at. I highly recommend this place.Rooms: 5/5
I didn't stay as the only room available was a suite, suitable for 4 people and I'm traveling alone. However the lady at the front desk was very kind and helpful and even offered to phone another hotel to see if they had rooms available.Service: 5/5

Had to book last minute because of the Bristol Race & glad we stayed here instead of the Motel 6 that cancelled my reservation. The man at the front desk was extremely kind. Very quick check in which was nice! The room was great, remodeled room with new updated furniture and it was clean and comfortable. Will def stay here again!Rooms: 5/5
This is a no frills econo lodge, away from downtowns in Bristol and Kingsport TN. Easy on off I-81‼The only downside is restaurants are a distance away. If you need a room to stopover, sleep no road noise, this is it ‼ Noteworthy details: Dog Friendly, and no road noise‼
