We stay here 2-3 night every 4th of July holiday and every year we are treated with the utmost respect and friendly attitude. The manager always recognizes us as return guests. The hotel is old but it is always very clean and the beds are very comfortable. The hotel is updated and welcoming. We always enjoy our stay here. Thank you management for making our stay great! At first I was not sure about location. Located McDonald County I've heard undesirable. However it turned out to be fine. Arrived 7pm. Front desk manager...very helpful. Room was very clean! Hotel manager...exceptional. Good morning calling me by name! I was late for continental breakfast however he still found some muffins for me. I will stay here again should the need arise. Rooms: Clean, large with coffee! Microwave. No elevator to second floor if needed. Safety: Security cameras and parking lot well lit. Walkability: Close to convenience store and Fast food.
My children’s theater from Bentonville performs at the nearby high school 2x a year and some of my staff decided to stay here the night before on the spur of a moment. We’ll be back for the next show and probably every one after. The price was affordable. The pool was great and the rooms were probably the cleanest I’ve ever seen at a budget hotel! The staff was super friendly. It was very homey! My only complaint was that there wasn’t a protein like yogurt or hard boiled eggs included with the breakfast and I needed that and the particular morning we are breakfast, the juices were spoiled. I won’t lower my stars for that though, probably a one time thing.
Stayed 1 week. Working nights but no loud noises during the day so slept well. Nothing fancy but staff was very friendly and helpful. If my travels bring me this way again I would stay here again. Breakfast isn’t much but have juice and coffee in the morning.
Wow! Over expectations! Staff is great. manager AJay is the best manager for this type hotel I have ever encountered and that is saying a lot. Highly recommended to stay here, I was there for a week everything was perfect. I don't usually write reviews, but I had to this time. Nearby activities: 4 places to eat within walking distance
Rooms are decent nothing special. just ask for towels or whatever you need extra, pools nice and breakfast isn't half bad.Rooms: 4/5
