Check in attendant was very polite and quick. Room a little musty because A/C was off. Bed comfortable. Floors dirty and bathroom is filthy with mold.Rooms: 1/5
The only complaint was I didn’t know the hold on card was for a week or so. Was clean, booked on short notice, dependable. Bathrooms were clean, sheets were clean.
Very quiet , friendly nice clean and relaxing couple nights there loved it .. Highly recommended. Food & drinks: Has complementary breakfast , right beside dunkin donuts , all fast food restaurants and grocery stores ect. Very nice place to relax , Noteworthy details: Very friendly staff , great handyman/Maitnance man and clean and friendly atmosphere and environment. Very impressive
After submitting my review, I looked at the previous reviews and also a complaint about Dee and it''s obvious that this motel has a lot of issues that need to be fully inspected by Choice Hotels Corporate Headquarters.Service: 1/5
I enjoyed my stay. The staff was super friendly and I got a peaceful nights sleep. The room was super clean. Awesome cleaning staff. I gave the 4 star because their supposed cable TV was not cable TV. Their were not many options & all you got was news channels & investigation channels. No movies channels.
Pretty clean, quiet and safe for the price point. We still have another day and a half here but no complaints so far, requested a room near my moms since she has health issues and we are traveling together and they were able to accommodate it. Only one room between us. We got small and large pillows but they gave us plenty we also brought our own so no issues there and the bed isn't too bad, it's on the firmer side. The hotel is close to a lot shops and restaurants and attractions such as the Model Railroad Museum and Marine Adventures so we were able to hit up breakfast, a walmart mini run and two attractions into one day with minimum driving which was nice. My only complaint so far is we couldn't figure out how to make water in the shower/bath come out of the tub facet instead of the shower head lol. Seven year old didn't mind at all though and enjoyed taking a bath while it filled up via shower head as he had a "waterfall bath".
