We stayed in a non smoking room on the 1st floor. It was supposed to be a "quiet floor" but we heard people upstairs fighting for 2 nights. The room was ok if you want something cheap for the night. The blankets are thin, like a cloth shower curtain lol. I wouldn't recommend it for a vacation or anything like that, it's not very clean in certain areas. We bought our own bleach and disinfectant spray to clean the room before using anything. We booked this place just to help our family move out of hopewell back to NC. The employees weren't rude to us or anything, so that was a plus. One guy even got us a extra pillow! That was awesome!

Didn't stay here. Was looking for hotels in Hopewell to stay for a few days&went here to see. Staff was rude from a female to male. I was in the lobby on phone calling to find somewhere else to stay&very rude the staff was particularly a guy. For a few minutes &a female with money plus arthritis mecan't stay in your lobby to find somewhere else to stay? Glad to see I'm not the only one who had a bad experience. If a hotel don't have availability, check in time is too long to wait for, price isn't affordable or rude staff then I can't stay there. More than one of these issues was my reason for not staying.  Nearby activities: Restaurants&amp;parks are nearby.  Safety: Safe because near other businesses.

Poorly maintained hotel towels should have been replaced a long time ago. Bath not clean very well with dirty walls. Stains on towels choice hotels should be ashamed to have their name on this hotel. It may be cheap but that shouldn't be an excuse to run a hotel this way. The only plus is housekeeping came in the room daily to refresh towels and remove trash

old fashion rooms. Just an uncomfortable place. No comforters on bed just sheet and a thin top cover which is from the 70's. and if u loose ur key she complains like they are expensiveRooms: 1/5

Guy tried to overcharge my company and card declined. Coincidentally once he charged the amount they approved, it went thru. Also tried to charge me for 3 rooms. Rooms are in dire need of repair. I get it's a budget motel but how much does it cost to replace a toilet paper holder, screw the exhaust fan for the bathroom back on, etc. Towels looked dirty, bed sheets had holes from cigarettes. Just go to Best Western or Holiday Inn next door
