The rooms are decent. It could use a couple of upgrades and a paint job but its a great place to stay. The front desk staff and the housekeepers are very friendly. They helped me so much while I was there. It's location is very convenient to have access to food, shopping, and entertainment. I will definitely go back once I'm back in the area.

The owner, Mike, is always ready to help in any way that he can. He knows how I work and accommodates my needs each monthly visit. I have always been pleased with the comfort of the rooms and the cleanliness of each. I never consider staying anywhere else because if this. 5 stars

First time stay in room 103. Room is outdated. Toilet does not flush unless you hold the flush knob down until the toilet empties. I was kind of surprised to see only 2 pillows on a king size bed. No breakfast offered but they do offer a military rate for the room.Rooms: 1/5

I never really leave reviews but I feel I must. If loud noise doesn't bother you then keep scrolling. There is a Bar in the hotel. So be prepared for a full parking lot of non hotel residents. You will hear boom chicka boom chicka  boom boom till 2 am. Then the party people possibly drunk  are not respectful at all. They stood and loitered with loud LOUD talking and laughing  infront of our room. We did bring our dog with us so she added to the noise by barking at them. So it was around 4am before we could sleep. Now the next night was a holiday so the bar was closed. But because we were facing the road the boom boom boom from cars passing by  one who drove the parking lot several times kept us awake all night again. The bed was not that great. Ice machine was out of order. And for a total of 3 days no turn down service.  It's cheap though!

Was in town for one night, unfamiliar with the area, room was very clean and the customer was great, very friendly.  Bonus: there's a nice bar/lounge connected to the hotel which was great for me the newbie in town.  Rooms: Clean and great space.  Safety: I was not sure yet overall very safe.

The room and beds were clean and stocked with the bare minimum. 2 adults and 1 child we had 1 tiny 1oz shampoo and 2 plastic cups, period. We always bring our own anyway so that was fine. Biggest plus is that somehow I left my bank debit card there and we got a call an hour later. Housekeeping found it and turned it in and the guy at the counter was honest too! That's a big, Big deal! If we had cash I would have given them some money for their honesty and I thank them from the bottom of our hearts

My first time there was horrific I wasn't use to being down south. So the atmosphere was way different. I was visiting with a friend, and the first night the room was completely unacceptable. The did how ever move us twice and finally we found a suitable room, to stay the remaining nights. This last time we were able to pick a room and it was a way better experience. For this reason  I rate them a 7 out of 10 for customer service and a 5 out of 10 for cleanliness. Never the less if you choose to stay here .....  .Call in before hand, ask about your room. . Ask for your room to be cleaned in advance by this I mean bleached if you have any allergies or have sensitive skin like mine. Ask for a complete cleaning.  Once you get your room check it and always report anything you feel isn't up to standards. They WILL try to modify as much as they can. Always ask for clean sheets.  I'd also like to say to the cleaning lady  Mrs. Pat  she did a MARVELOUS job of cleaning up our room. Both times. She's the best. Request her if possible.  all in all the lodge was okay and it could be a great place to stay.

This place has the best customer service. Woman at the front desk, sorry I can't remember her name was awesome. We had to switch rooms and she was great and so accommodating. She also told us about Karaoke in the bar that night!! So much fun!! Will definitely be back again. Price was fine for what you get.Rooms: 4/5

The rooms had a stink to them. The management kept trying to close the pool for any reason they could find. They wanted to close it early. They let the bar customers interrupt the hotel gas sleep being very loud and rude. Overall a very bad experience and would never stay again. And I do understand that this is a lower end hotel but a little maintenance or upkeep would make it a better stay.
