Owner Neil is very rude to guest take favor with drunks ,the house keepers pretty much runs the motel .. Drunks in the corner , roaches and bedbugs , price gouges . Keeps deposits, very greedy management, deceitful . Most bathrooms have mold . The weekly side is worse rusted pipes broken shower nozzles, owner will enter your room without permission , Greedy rude , hope they get fined and shutdown. Save your money or sleep in your car place is a dump .

We were there less than 24 hours. BED BUGS AND ROACHES. refused a full refund. I called the health department.Rooms: 1/5

Rooms are nasty-dirty wash cloth on back of the door. The owner is not nice and he comes in your room when you leave and if your clothes are a little messy from looking for something to wear he will kick you out. $25 a night room for $60+ rate

Their Rooms need to be Remodeled for what they charge. Yes, my Girlfriend made a Reservation for I paid her to do it. We checked in to a double room. Small quaint odor to the Room. I bring Lysol wherever I go!! I use to work for a 5* Hotel for 36 yrs & this would Never Pass Inspection for even a 2* and I don't know how They are doing it. For the side we checked in on was the Motel. I stepped in, pulled back the sheets, spot checked w Black light will tell you the bed sheets were Clean but We didn't Stay!! It was too Creepy of an Area to me for 2 ladies checking into this motel. The Owners are Nice but this Motel needs a Complete Renovation. They Rent on one side to All Weekly and Monthly Rentals at $250 a week. These people have been living here for years. I am Not Cutting the people down but The Owners could Improve on their Living Arrangements. Regardless, for $500 there is No Kitchen but torn Carpets, dirty curtains, Tired looking Towels that these residents get once a month along with 1 TP once a week. Sad.

Bugs look like roaches, dresser drawers are dirty not cleaned or wiped out. no towel/rug for bathroom floor need to leave 4 to 5 towels in a room. Not the cleanest rooms. One flat terrible pillows on beds. Need a small coffee maker none. Cable fuzzy some station an no remote for tv. Bed feels old and used not to comfortable. not satisfied for $55 a night. When I check on Saturday at 10am prolly won't ever get a room here again. Price to high for the quality or cleanliness of the room.

Blood stained sheets, lines limited and what was provided all stained and had hairs on them, no one answers the desk phone, lack of communication, zero customer service, rude and unprofessional staff, room was freezing and heater barely worked, after an ice storm parking lot left unplowed or treated, check out time 10am never heard of a 10am c.o in my entire career in hospitality or as a paying guest employee yelled and showed complete and utter lack of respect or customer service not only yelling at customers but aggressive physical behaviors as well. Worst motel I have ever seen. Sheets, comforter, mattress, towels, literally every piece of linen in the room was stained, had hair on them, and even blood stains plural. No one answers the phone at the desk was unable to speak to anyone to request clean sheets or towels for that matter.the room was freezing when we got there and the heater was on its last leg it literally took 3 hours just to get the temperature even close to bearable. If it had not been for the weather and the time of night we never would have agreed to say but due to the circumstances options were limited. The lady that cleans the rooms heard my complaint about the blood-stained linen and proceeded to raise her voice yelling at me that I am a "liar" and "it was probably my own blood because she had changed those sheets."... All the while the entire time she was displaying such uncouth behavior and yelling the absurd accusations the property manager or whoever is supposed to be in charge stood idly by allowing her display of barbarism to continue and escalate making not even the slightest attempt to gain control of the situation or his employee

The beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean. A good budget motel. It's 1 of the cheaper motels in the area but there aren't any bugs and the owners are friendly

Old Motel down on Rt 11 in Harrisonburg, VA. Mostly rents outs to Weekly and Monthly Stayers ~ too Expensive but if needed for Short Term would be alright. These Motel rooms Need Renovation!! The Owners are Kind.

Excellent and affordable, well kept, clean, quiet hotel with comfortable beds and awesome A/C... Would definitely recommend and will come back if I am in the area again. Staff was polite and kind even when I checked in unannounced around midnight due to my vehicle breaking down. Also within walking distance to the Pilot incase any truckers are looking to spend the night or do a reset

There's at least a Oilot Gas Station down the street where you would have to unfortunately go to just use a microwave. Very older modern look to the inside. The room itself was clean though and spacious for the price its marked at. There were paid trucker parking lots across the street. The outside of the building was your typical older or cheaper looking motel, but the inside of the room surprised me.
