I cannot say enough good things about Ryan and his amazing customer service and professionalism. The locks to my Jeep were frozen this morning and I ended up breaking one of the keys off of my fob as a result. Within 10 minutes of calling City Locksmith he was in my driveway and got straight to work. He cut a new key within minutes. I would like to add that with the windchill today it was about -22°F outside and he braved it like a champ. He tried a few different methods and was very persistent as my handle and the locks were being particularly stubborn. He eventually got inside within a few minutes and didn't even so much as put one single scratch on anything. When he opened the door the alarm began to go off and because I had broken the key I couldn't get the system to recognize the key and shut it off. He calmly explained to me that once his hand held computer/scanner was able to get into the system that he would be able to shut off the alarm and program the new fob. Again within a minute or two he had it all done and programmed and handed me the new key. He did all this for an amazing deal as far as the price was concerned and I cannot express how truly grateful I am for such prompt and professional service. They beat all the competitions prices by a significantly large margin and with little to no wait time. If you're in a pinch and pressed for time I would highly recommend Ryan and City Locksmith. If I could give 10 stars , I would.
Very fair pricing and excellent customer service. He got my new key fob made within five minutes. I would definitely come back again and would recommend to anyone needing any sort of locksmith services.
