ECS did our entire first floor remodel 3 years ago and everything continues to work great. They were professional, affordable and great to work with. Their staff came up with creative ideas as with any remodel, there are always some curveballs. Since then, they've been out to work on a few smaller projects around the house, always efficient with their time and providing great results. Highly recommended.Service: Installation
Crew spent the day at our business addressing variety of issues and installing new data drops. Not only did they work carefully with minimal cutting into walls, but provided answers to a number of long-standing questions. Bonus, did nice clean up! Do not hesitate to call these guys. They know what they are doing, and do the work efficiently.
ECS is the benchmark for consistent high quality workmanship. They are adaptable to their clients needs, willing to go above and beyond. Jason and Keenan are phenomenal to work and communicate with. If and when a problem arises, they are there for the support/solution. I look forward to working with them on our future endeavors.
ECS is awesome! They are great listeners and therefore can help identify any problem quickly and provide solutions promptly. The extra bonus in working with any of the employees is their pleasant attitude. I'm thankful to have this great company to turn to in meeting my electronic needs.
Horrible unprofessional company. Beware of any positive most likely FAKE reviews where the Google account has only one review total with their account...that of course is praising this horrible company! The office manager is so nasty and difficult. She takes pleasure in making things painful. Sadistic woman. Two times now, the time window given for someone to come out was not honored . No follow up. We had to follow up . Second time no one responded before leaving a message for each employee. And no reply after we waited two hours again for them to come. Real trashy company. Avoid. Untrustworthy. Look at the other nightmare reviews .Says it all.
As the new business owner of Happy Chef on US HWY 169, i knew i had to get the statue in front of the building talking again. There were several places in Mankato who could have helped us to do this but the people at ECS were extremely friendly and ready for the challenge to get the big guy talking again. They were very attentive to our needs as a business and finished their work earlier than expected. Could not be more pleased with their work. Long story short, if God needs wiring/audio work done in Heaven, He will call ECS and you should as well.
we have had ECS out to our home on numerous occasions they did wonderful work. the people are polite, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Joy has great communication skills. thank you
They gave us a bid and a list of things for us to do to possibly bring the bid lower. But in the end, after the work was completed, the bill was $1000+ over the original estimate. That even included us doing a bunch of work for them. Do not recommend. Edit: Should have read the reviews here first. Avoid the unjoyful Joy who works at their office PS: she usually leaves by 5pm
This company is top notch. Any time we have trouble with our door system they are right out and very helpful. The office manager, Joy, is the most helpful and kind person. She does a wonderful job getting us taken care of.
