Accepts most insurance to include Medicare, Medical Mutual of Ohio, United Healthcare, Anthem, Aetna Cigna, and most EAP programs. Please verify with your insurance if services will be covered for outpatient mental health counseling and testing. Please obtain referral if necessary for your initial visit. Insurance coverage or EAP referral must be presented at the first visit or patient is responsible to pay in cash for visit at the time of service.
