Eddy's Bike Shop

Eddy's is an amazing store. We used to buy our kids bikes at big box stores, but they were junk and not worth the money. It's nice knowing that our kids have good quality bikes that can be fixed. On this visit, their helpful repair techs replaced a tire and grips on one bike for one kid and a helpful salesperson helped us get our son the exact right-sized bike for another kid. They were even able to order the color he wanted. I love that they put as much attention into getting a child started on a bike as they do an experienced rider.

I am a 5’2” woman and, in my experience, biking has always been uncomfortable or overly difficult for me to manage. At Eddy’s bike shop, however, I was able to find a bike I can ride comfortably, stop easily, and even carry up my back stairs into my home! The staff is so knowledgeable while also being approachable. Anthony determined I needed an XS adult bike, which explains the difficulty I had always had stopping larger bikes when riding, etc. As a new cyclist, he was patient in answering my many questions, and made me feel comfortable asking. He was personable and really knew his stuff! As we put my bike together, he was clear about things in which I should invest seat, helmet, and things that I could wait to buy or skip entirely. I highly recommend this shop.

They have the knowledge and experience to handle your needs. They have helped me with everything. From a new bike to fixing old bikes that I want to continue to ride. Hands down best bike shop I have ever been to. I have been riding for 25 years.

As much as I'd love to give them 5 stars I'm giving them 1.. I had my bike for almost 7years without a single scratch on it but while they were working on it, they dropped it off the hook which is >2ft leaving 2 huge scratches and a bent ring, like whyyyyy I treat my bike as my baby

I was in the market for new bike after running my old one over...Anthony helped me select the perfect bike and all the accessories that I should have to get started. I am extremely happy with my new bike and the experience with the Eddy's team. Highly recommended.

Great customer service and super friendly staff. My wife brought her bike that was purchased at Eddy's last summer to get a tuneup. One of the technicians took her bike, put it on the work rack, inspected everything and said the bike looked ready to ride and to have a great summer of riding. So instead of being needlessly charged for a seasonal tuneup, this honest young man refused our business because no work was required. So when it came time to purchase another bike and a Saris hitch mounted bike rack, we went right back to Eddy's.

I brought my bike in and had the chain replaced. Afterwards it wouldn’t stay in the smallest gear on the cassette so they adjusted it. It still acted the same so they test rode it and found the cassette to be worn. Even though being very busy, they took the time to replace the cassette and true the wheel. They then discovered that it had the wrong chain so they replaced that as well. It is customer service like this that sets a business apart from everyone else and keeps people coming back. Quick, easy turn around to get me back on the trails the next day. Evan even helped me pick up some new pedals while I was in so I stop banging up my shins sliding off.Bonus points for being dog friendly, 12/10 would bring bike and dog back in.
