Great location, the owners and staff are very accommodating AND friendly! We were in rm 109 for the week of the July 4th. I requested ground level as my mother would not be able to climb stairs safely. They sent a confirmation email w/my reservation request and we did have ground level. The deluxe double room was clean & had plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 children. Microwave, refrigerator, small round table w/2 bar stools and large sink. My 6 yr old grand-daughter w/an adult would walk to the office in the morning to get her own coffee. Yes, we had a coffee maker in the room, but that's not the coffee she wanted. We felt so at home! The beach is across the street and was the BEST place to watch the fireworks! They have a huge, clean pool as well. Thanks Edgewater Inn! We made wonderful memories with you all and do plan on coming back. Rooms: Clean, spacious Nearby activities: Treasure Bay Casino, Big Play Amusement Park, Beach, Boat Dock Safety: Security cameras located all around the property. Food & drinks: Waffle House in parking lot
If I wanted to get nit-pickiy, I could BUT for the price, location, and CHARM, I'm giving them 5 stars! WE WILL BE BACK! Please call them directly to book your rooms. You will receive the best care! The outdoor pool closes at midnight, so there's plenty of time to relax after all the day's activities. Conveniently located on Beach Boulevard within walking distance of restaurants, play, shopping, and, of course, the beach! Rooms: Uniquely decorated, not a stale hotelroom.

The location is great! The staff were very accommodating, helpful, & friendly! The rooms are very comfortable & spacious. The beach access is across a busy street but there is a light to make it easy to get to & it was not crowded on a busy weekend, so it was nice! We will definitely be staying here again! Nearby activities: Waffle house is in the same parking lot & there's a casino next door & a beach across the street.
It was quiet. We got a cottage. The porch lights shown so bright at night in the rooms that we hardly slept. Need some black out curtains. The pictures on line, have to be from when it was first built. Because it looked nothing like the pictures. A lot smaller too. But other than that the staff was very good. The room was clean.Rooms: 4/5
Location is sketchy at night, questionable restless individuals doing sketchy things at night. Rooms were not that great. Pillows are terrible, we didn't get good sleep. I guess I can't complain a whole lot because I decided to go cheap. Next time we will just pay more for something better. Nearby activities: There's lots of go cart places nearby
The room of the king size bed was musty and old .The spread on the bed was old thin and had 3 cigarettes holds in it and the bed was uncomfortable and pillows was so thin i had to buy a pillow from Walmart. The AC made noise all night and the toilet was low to the floor it was child size . The best about this place was waffle house next door and casino 2 minutes away .
We didn't stay, we checked out right after our show. The beds didn't look like the sheets had been changed. Also didn't have a bathroom light.
This was a place we would stay again . It's old and chopped up, meaning it's got 3 or 4 buildings . Rooms for overnight but mostly long term stays it has suits and cottages. I think the room was a clean as it could be . Considering the age . It was large, it has a sink and dorm fridg. We were just driving thru so we only had one night. The price was fair and we had 2 chi dogs . The total was just over 100.00. Side walks and parking lots needs to be power washed but other than that it was decent. Walkability: We took a walk .you could walk to the beach and local restaurant There are however several building boarded up do to hurricane closures from the past businesses closed down . So that always causes a place to look bad.
