Carissa is an exceptional dental hygienist!! I have already recommended her to 2 more family members. She is very thorough and takes great care when working around sensitive teeth. She is great at remembering issues you have and recommends things I can try to help me help myself. Dr. Middendorf is an outstanding dentist!! I had several dental issues that needed to be taken care of when I came in as a new patient. He was very good at explaining the issues so I could understand what was going on. He took care of the issues in a very calm and professional manner. I have already recommended him to 2 more family members.
I highly recommend Edgewood Dental. All the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. McMahon and his dental assistants are fantastic. And the hygienists are the best. I’m lucky enough to have Carissa as mine, but you’ll love them all. And the best part—I no longer have any anxiety about going to the dentist, because it’s completely pain-free.
Over a year ago I started coming to Edgewood Dental. I was impressed how quickly I could get in & how friendly the secretary was on the phone. They send reminders for your appointments which is very helpful. My first experience was with Dr. Joe Cardosi, which he was newer to the office as well. He & all the dental hygienist have been very gentle, informative & efficient. Checking out is such a smooth process as well. It’s very helpful they share the estimated cost for any additional services for the future.
Appointment times are always met very quickly upon arrival and the ladies at the front desk are always welcoming. I usually do my cleaning with Ashley and she is the best! ALWAYS very friendly, kind, and conversational. She always makes sure I am comfortable, and she is very easy to talk to in the case that I need an additional service during my appointment. She will always go out of her way to make sure patients are happy and healthy!!
Dr. Cory Middendorf is my dentist and I have never had a more caring, kind and honest dentist since I started seeing him a couple of years ago. I called with an emergency today and he got me in right away. Ashley, his assistant, is amazing too! She always makes me feel comfortable when I come in. I will never go anywhere else! So happy with the whole staff! I recommend this place to everyone.
The dental technician and dentist were extremely gentle. I barely felt them touching my teeth as they started cleaning and evaluating my teeth. But as someone that likes a firm cleaning… When I ask them to dig in a bit more, they certainly did! It it still did not hurt, but I left feeling thoroughly cleaned! This place knows how to give you what you ask for!
I'm not very experienced in the dental world but I believe this place is ahead of it's time with technology. But then again I have not been to many dental offices throughout my life so I may not have the best knowledge about it but it's a pretty high tech place with friendly and caring staff. I've been going here for about 2 years or so now and I can confidently leave an amazing review. Never had a bad experience and I have had multiple cleanings done along with a cavity filling. I would recommend this place to a family member a friend and a stranger. I have many more good things to say but no one reads this far so I'll leave it at that.
So refreshing to be greeted kindly, to be seen promptly and for all staff to show concern and respect for each patient. My faith in our health care system has been challenged for the past 10 years but my experience today was truly exceptional. Very pleased.
Couldn't be happier with Edgewood Dental. I've been a patient since 2008. The office is run very efficiently, the hygienists are wonderful and Dr. MCMahon knows how to handle my unique dental issues. You can tell they put a lot of attention to detail in keeping the office up to date and in keeping the patient experience high level.
This was my first visit to this dentists office after a few negative experience at others in the past few years trying to find one i like. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. I will definitely be coming back in the future and I’ve already recommended this office to others I know. 10/10!
