It was a Christmas gift for family. They loved it! Surprisingly even though they'd heard about Edibles, they'd never tried it. Love at first bite. I'd used Edible before in office deliveries, but this was my first time long distance. Extremely excited about how you kept me aware of delivery process. Thanks for making their holiday special!
Their costumer service is amazing, always willing to accommodate me however they can. Always clean and their fruit is always fresh. I absolutely love their white chocolate dipped strawberries. They have a great team, from their delivery to their store manager they always have a smile on their face!
Great location, recommend to lovers of all edibles.
Pathetic excuse for a customer service geared business. Told by an employee that they 'couldn't guarantee' a delivery time and made no effort to try and get an estimated time that a delivery could be completed on the day in question. The employee seemed to be dodging any real work. Totally unacceptable for a company which bases half or more of it's sales on delivery of arrangements for special occasions! I almost can't believe I've had to write this. If this is a franchised store, I certainly hope the store owner gets this under control before corporate gets involved. I will never, ever use this store now and will not recommend it to anyone. And to think, before this I had such a good impression of this company and what it does.
I normally have good luck with ordering strawberries from here but this last time they were not available at the time she could pick them up. My mother in law is elderly and had a ride set up but since they were not ready she had to try to find someone else to take her to get them and it was hours later and created a hastl.
The arrangement I received was a birthday surprise. It was a huge fruit arrangement, no coatings on the fruit. I picked it up because I wasn't home for delivery. Once I got it home I noticed a fruit fly on a cantaloupe wedge. Then I noticed another one. And another one. I decided to wash the fruit before taking the arrangement apart to store in the fridge. Then I noticed some of the fruit had molding spots. I hate to leave a bad review but I don't know how much my friend paid for this arrangement and I hate to waste the fruit, but the person putting these things together and storing them should pay more close attention to what's happening. If there are several flies on mine, I can only imagine what others have gotten. Plus the mold, my kids would've eaten it without looking. Be aware of the item you recieve.
