I placed my order online through their website and picked up my items. The fruit was fresh and sweet. The cheesecske was mini but cute n added a touch of sweetness.

This store messed up my daughter's birthday surprise by not delivering to the appropriate listed office and address which has security and listings upon arrival. Plus making a call and leaving no message. This NJ State Office is open daily from 9 - 5. I paid for delivery and it was never delivered. As a regular customer, I am shocked by the service from this Newark location, two blocks from their office. Unprofessional and totally unsatisfactory. You spoiled her birthday. I deserve some compensation. Amy Scott

Horrible Customer Service. Within 24hours the strawberries were expired. I went to speak with the manager and was told "he's not in and there's nothing we can do. And that the strawberries must've been sweating" - by Christian who was at the front. Christian has a nasty attitude and wanted to argue. Telling me all sorts of nonsense and suggested I must want something free. I will be calling the customer service and filing a complaint. This is totally unacceptable. Horrible, horrible customer service. This is why stores in this part of town has a negative perception. I don't recommend this place.

Placed an order at this location. Arrangement was delivered to wrong location. Delivery driver never called recipient and stated he did. They did not want to issue a refund so I had to reach to my CC customer service to remove the charge.

I've sent a gift to a neighbor from this store on one occasion and recently received a gift from my cousin from the same store. Both times it was a good experience, on the giving and receiving end.  Everything went as ordered, on time when we sent the gift; on the receiving end, fresh fruit, quite delicious, been enjoying it going on three days.  I recommend the Newark Edible Arrangements, we received one of the fruit bouquets which included some chocolate covered strawberries and some half chocolate covered pineapples, cut out into little flowerets, with melon balls as the center. Not sure who the lady is that answers the phones, but she is very helpful and made my day by getting my daughters arrangement to me sooner than requested! Thank you so so much, Raymond Blvd Edible Arrangements is the best thus far.

Simple order to transfer to Newark EDIBLE was difficult and not successful. Coupon if $10 couldn’t be deducted.

I ordered from this location yesterday for a delivery today. I live in Florida and was having this delivered to my mom for her birthday. I was concerned because of the mixed reviews. I usually order flowers for my mom every year, but wanted to do something different. She LOVED IT! Thank you!  I’ve always had problems with my flower delivery from other places. I’m so happy I chose to do edible arrangements and chose this location.

I would not recommend ordering anything from this location. My husband ordered a valentines gifts from there and the cookies and the other things that came with it were all stale. For the price  he paid it was not worth it at all unfortunately. We asked for a full refund because the food was more like “Inedible Arrangement”.

The customer service was so helpful. Although i wanted to send something out of state from another location the Associate from the Raymond Blv store helped me without trying to persuade me to shop with them. Now they have my business for life. Not sure but i think his name was Gabriel..
