We needed a last minute dessert to bring to a tailgating event. We needed it delivered to our hotel. Edible Arrangements delivered our order to the hotel prior to our arrival, the strawberries were fresh and perfectly dipped, the packaging was beautiful, and the staff at Edible Arrangements/Willimantic were friendly and professional. Most importantly, the guests at the event absolutely loved the Mini Sweet Love Platter. Everything was perfect. We will definitely be back for future orders.

Received this as a gift, this pertains to the product itself although it was sent from this store. I honestly don't know how this company stays in business, it is August, these fruits are in season but the ones in the arrangement aren't even close to being ripe, hard and tasteless. NOT worth the money.

They ruined the surprise and called every phone number listed under the address I was made to give them , even though I was picking up the order. Telling them they need someone to pick up this order. Talk about embarrassing Which I said why do you need this I’m picking the order up. She said it was for future reference if I placed another order for them They close at 3pm and our order was to be ready at 2pm when we didn’t arrive by 2:15 they went and did that. My husband was there by 2:30 plenty of time before closing and we prepaid so we weren’t going to take any extra time. I found it very rude and unprofessional.

I don't normally leave reviews but when a company, a local company does something really right I think its important to support them. My husband and I ordered an arrangement for a family that was close to losing someone very dear to them.  We ordered the arrangement,  received confirmation via email it was delivered the next day and never gave it another thought. Unfortunately,  their family member passed a couple of days later after we thought they received the gift we sent. After the services and a couple weeks later my husband spoke with someone in the family and they said they actually never received what we had sent. I was disappointed to say the least,  not to mention a couple a weeks had passed since this all transpired. I called yesterday,  they heard my concern and an employee called back to say they thought the driver was thorough and really believed the recipient got the arrangement. After explaining that we intended to ensure the family received it before their loved one passed, it wasn't the confusion of getting many gifts/arrangements/ etc. The person I spoke with offered to have another one made and we agreed to pick it up and deliver it ourselves so there was no doubt. I very much appreciated thier understanding, also appreciated the fact there was doubt but understood that we spent that kind of money to find out they really didn't receive it was concerning. I understand there are people out there that work the places like this, try to get something more and they certainly reserved the right to push back considering the time that had passed but they/ the employee did the right thing. We greatly appreciate the support and I don't know what happened to the original arrangement but I do know, we picked up the new one and we delivered it ourselves. Kudos for believing and doing the right thing for a custom  !!

I'm disabled an do not drive. I first called the Norwich location, as they are in the town I needed to have the gift delivered to. The employee turned me down for delivery and explained it is a franchise an they don't have to deliver. I then decided  to called the Willimantic location and spoke with Cheris. Absolute best customer service. She was kind, understanding and worked with me to find the perfect gift an have it deliver today. Thank you for going above an beyond Cheris.  You deserve a raise! You made my holiday.

This is a belated review but still relevant and sincere.  I received very personal and professional service from Ricky. He helped place an order by phone and had all the arrangements six of them on a cart ready to go out to my car when I arrived.  He literally brought them to my door and advised I lower the heat in the car while I hand-delivered them. I was very impressed by the entire experience from start to finish and highly recommend this store!

Recieved great cookies they were delicious also got the cutest sloth teddy bears that warm up to sooth you. Loved it.

Sadly have to give this a bad review. I went into the store the day before Valentine’s and ordered 3 bouquets. I was hoping to be able to have a selection in the store, but there wasn’t anything. I understand it is a busy time, but this would be a good thing to have on hand. I asked to have them delivered to my home, and my neighbors house but was told that I would have to pay two delivery fees...... across the street!!! So after having to explain myself 5 times, I just had it sent to my house and delivered it myself. Additionally, I paid $217 for these 3 arrangements— asking for the pineapple to be dipped too. These were sad sad looking. The chocolate was separated from the wilted strawberry on every single strawberry. The pineapple was NOT DIPPED even though I paid for it, and the pineapple was basically all core so it couldn’t be ate.  I spent way too much money to have this level of lack of quality. I went to another local shop in Woodstock and the chocolate covered strawberries were 100 times better than a company where this is their only business.

This review is primarily for Mr. Rick in the Willimantic store. I needed a delivery same day sort of an emergency for a bday and he accommodated me from beginning to end. After I placed the order from long distance, he personally called me to confirm it was all correct as requested. I had specific request for sunflowers to be added and he quickly checked on that and confirmed. This gave me a great sense of security that my money was well spent. He has outstanding customer service skills and makes sure to tailor what you are looking for to fit your specific needs. I highly recommend speaking and doing business with him. Rest assured, you are in great hands. Thank you for all you did for us. This delivery will make our mother very happy.
