Do you guys even hire someone who is been trained about customer service? I had my car parked there, and the guy says if you lock it he will tow it. I’m like “what!?!?”. He has the key of my car and he is giving me attitude for no reason. I don’t understand what is wrong? It’s just a frustrating feeling that you come across such people. This had happened last time too, and I emailed you guys. But again, same thing.

I pulled into this lot, was pretty confused and looked at a parking spot and started to park my car in there. An older gentleman who works there started yelling at me, saying "what the hell are you doing? I don't know where you think you''re going? Can you not see the other cars lined up?" It rattled me, and I then pulled behind the car as i was supposed to. I then figured that was that, grabbed my ticket and walked away and got another earful from him "Where the hell do you think you're going?" At this point I kindly and patiently asked "Can you please help me out? I'm sorry." He responds "go talk to the other guy, I don't know" I found that the setup was a valet system, but you wouldn't be able to tell since there was no signage, no guidance, etc.  The bitterness and unsolicited anger and rudeness of this worker deserves to be highlighted. When I asked his colleague what his problem was, he said "he's old and he's always angry." That's fine, but perhaps he should go do that somewhere else and not take it out on customers who are just trying to go about their day.

Worst experience ever. The black guy who’s supposed to be valet is probably the most rude person on the planet. Repeated offensive responses. Offered him the card to my car and he asked if it will work. I said yes. To this he replied; I know, you think it’s “fancy”? Refused to leave the car with him. Paid and left the same minute. Hope the manager take notice of this and refund.

I started parking there every night and after 4th day, i saw a scratch on right side of my new car, i asked the guy who pulled up my car about it, ans he said talk to the manager, upon talking to him, he started fighting with me and asked not to bring my car anymore over there. It was really rude and i called customer service to complain about him, she said the manager will reach out to me asap, no response from them as well, and plus, I have a scratch on my new car. It is not like they are doing free service, they charge us, isn’t it their responsibility to keep the car safe? And I was being very polite and the way manager just started yelling and fighting with me, was very disrespectful and very rude. Never again I am going to park my car here.

Worst parking experience ever. The two men working at this establishment were VERY RUDE. We initially went in trying to park the car and were told to leave and find a garage somewhere else. When we came back after searching for parking, they told us that it’s valet only despite there being ZERO signs mentioning that. All the other Edison Park Fasts give you an option. When we came back to pick up the car, they gave us the wrong keys and had the nerve to have an attitude. The men running this were super unprofessional and made us feel uncomfortable. I would not recommend this parking lot to anyone - save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else….

Terrible service and management. Can not recommend you steer clear strongly enough. We’ve been parking here for close to a year. Worked fine when we were able to park and retrieve our own car, but ever since they began insisting customers use the valet service it’s been a disaster. Management does not care and does not address issues - asked to speak to the regional manager close to a month ago and still no response.

Very rude staff, we were getting married at the city hall near, this parking lot seemed like a great solution, came in with a Jeep Gladiator to be told to drive away because they dont want to park any "big trucks" whilst the size of our truck is clearly no bigger than the SUV that was checking in right before us... When we pointed this out to the staff they told us to leave... Park at your own risk people.

Paying monthly parking, which IS NOT WALLET PARKING, you should find a spot at anytime supposedly, but most of the time there is no place available, and they are OVERBOOKING the place. Almost every morning I find my car blocked by vans and trucks and have to wait up to 20 min till someone go to find the keys to remove them. It's not worth the $230 monthly for a on-demand spot. GO ELSEWHERE

I’ve been a monthly parking customer in this garage for almost 10 months now. I’ve never had any issues with retrieving my car or paying the fees. Park fast took my credit card info on file and charge automatically on the first day of the month the charges usually don’t get posted till the second day of the month. If there’s an issue, they usually deal with it in a timely manor. However when I went to retrieve my car today on May 1st, the parking attendant last name Brempong insisted to have me pay for the monthly fee and $140 up front meaning I would pay double the monthly fee+$140. I asked him to check if my credit card info is in the system but he refused to do so he said that’s his manager’s job, and the manger was not on site. He tried to contact the manager but nobody responded. He then told me to follow him to the exit. I waited him at the exit and he showed up a couple minutes later to tell me that I have to pay at the kiosk. Park fast has been having the system issue for monthly patrons. Not only they did not fix it but they did not do a good job communicate it to their attendants. The attendant last name Brempong is very rigid, mean and unhelpful I have never had any issues with the manager or other attendants in the past. He was not able to resolve my issue and I was not able to retrieve my car.

Incompetent and rude staff and not helpful management. We asked for a monthly parking pass and parked our car for a month only to find out at the end of a month that we were charged daily with a bill of $555 for a month. Tried to talk to parking lot manager and he was rude and hanged the phone. Tried to reach out to Edison Parkpass management and customer support and they told me that for monthly parking I had to register ahead of time on their website otherwise they will charge on daily basis, therefore they refused to refund. This policy is not on their billbords, not on their website, and the parking attendant did not mention it. Won't use their services anymore ever and won't recommend it to anyone.
