To text a tip to the Edmond Police Department, you must have text messaging enabled on your phone. Send your TEXT to 625-TEXT or 625-8398.
The new crime tip service is for non-emergency investigative information only and will not generate a radio call or bring police to your location. You will never receive a return TEXT.
Types of Crimes to Submit:
The Edmond Police Department wants information on every type of crime, not just those covered in the media. When using the text tip line, we are not interested in the user's identity. We believe the new form of providing tips to the Police, offers a way for callers to rid their neighborhoods and schools of crime SAFELY.

You may submit a tip anytime, anywhere, 24/7.
Cost to Send:
Although the Edmond Police Department service is free, standard messaging rates may apply.
Privacy:
Any information you submit is directed to one of the Edmond Police Department's Criminal Investigations Division Detective Supervisors, who will disseminate the informatin to the appropriate EPD Detectives.
