I ordered by phone in was told my order would be ready n 20minutes. I arrived n 40minutes only to stand n a line for 25 more minutes with only two people ahead of me. The young lady behind the register seemed as thou she had no idea what she was doing n was simply pressing buttons.,while three others girls was just kinda standing around behind her...answering calls etc. The process to pay is very annoying n setup ridiculous. I would hate to see this place on a crowded day... Oh' n lets not forget the entire young unprofessional staff.
Ednas on Atlantic is slacking on getting the food out, they open late during the day and nothing is ready for the people. very disappointed in the service and the food prep dont get me wrong the food is good, but its bad when you think you getting something and they dont have it prepared for service TODAY NOVEMBER 20, 2014, I brought some food and it was nasty, dont know what they doing over there, but they need to come back to the old ways. They didnt have anything ready at 1 in the afternoon. no oxtail, no brisket, no ribs and no collard greens. not even crab legs, the shrimp wasnt season, just nasty
Everything tastes really great. Got a ton of food and a soda for 5 bucks. Could. Have easily split the food amkng two people. It was fresh and delicious. Just moved to the neighborhood, will be visiting here often! Yum
Ok! The quantity and quality of the food is average. And for God sakes can the employees stop speaking over the food while they are making plates! Simply Gross!
Word through the grape vine is Edna's Soul Food is reopening their Atlantic Avenue and Sutter Avenue locations in June and their opening 15 other stores around Brooklyn for the Summer not sure where exactly. I wish them the best! I'm sure they will do great!
The potato salad was sour or they put vinegar in it the collards greens had more stems than leave and it was to spicy the yams was too sweet and he fried chicken was dry for my 20.00 the food wasn't worth it
To go there expect to wait a very long time.bring your pillow and bes because u are in for a wait. Too much fried food nit enough steam food. They raise the pruce ever other week evem if you get the same food . Horruble service, in taje out orders they dont even answer the. phone. They need to higer moore help its sad.
