We offer a full spectrum of financial services to our members. To join you must meet one of the following:

(1). be currently employed in or retired from a school, college, institution within the education industry (employer may be a public, private, parochial school in any district)
(2). be an immediate family member of someone who falls under item #1 above.

Membership requires a $5 deposit to open a share/savings account. Products available to members include:

I have been a customer here since 2010. If I could give this place zero stars I would. Rude and nasty representatives in the branch, unwilling to help or compromise. They frequently take out over draft fees for small amounts. I have had 30$ overdraft fees several times for less than a dollar overdraft amounts. They'll take the overdraft fee and add to your acct but won't even pay the small overdue amount of less than $1. What a joke. I would recommend anywhere but here.
I have never had a bad experience with this credit union. The employees at the Angola Road location are very nice. And their loan officers take their time to explain everything to me. And that is very appreciated.
Update: I couldn't reply to the other reply to this.. and seemed like they did not read my email well. I said that I do not do on line banking for my reasons. Could you try to use a different phone service if the one you had doesn't work for you anymore? I'm sure it's not there only one. I understand you do shared branching, because that's all I can use with my schedule. But they are LIMITED with what they can do for us. When we have to go to the office, the only one location is far!! Otherwise, I'd just do everything in person. I've been with this Credit Union for 20 years and I do like it. It's been helpful over the years but sadly, I'm changing. It's no one's fault, just too inconvenient for me to and I found a new one with mobile service. I don't use the online banking or bill paying for anything. Original message: I would suggest bringing back the automated phone banking system. I don't like putting my personal information online. I went online to try it anyways and as soon as it asked for my social security number, things started popping up and asking me to purchase things from third-parties. Then I started getting notifications that my phone had activities going on. if you've ever had your money taken out of the bank you would be reluctant to do this. The automated service was so much more convenient and everybody else that I talked to prefers it. Please bring it back. Don't take any more convenient away from us since you only have one Bank office.
Wish Terrell were friendlier. Update the employees are cold and heartless.
***BORROWER BEWARE*** This bank charges ridiculous fees for loans that most other banks do not. Read the fine print carefully!!! Also Marcy Keefer in the loan department is very rude and difficult to work with. I would suggest using a different bank for all your personal loans.
I would not recommend this CU unless you like paying exorbitant fees for no reason.

I was at my credit for 25 years. And I left them very disappointed. And join this credit Union. And I'm so gratefully to y'all because you are helping me. Thanks you so much.
I wish incould leave a zero star review. Unwilling to help with anything.
This credit union has always provided our family with great service since 1990!
