Entire staff that I had contact with was very nice & pleasant. My appointment that day was time efficient. Stephanie did my examDopplershe was very professional. It took me over 3 weeks to get this appointment, I wonder why departments can’t keep staff. I prefer going to the center in Addison.
I'm must have bad luck with this place every time I come here. I had a 1:15pm appointment and I arrived at 1pm due to having new insurance. I told the friendly receptionist or desk person that I had to be somewhere at 2:30pm. At 1:50pm I asked her what's going on with my 1:15pm appointment? She said she informed the nurse or doctor twice and maybe by 2pm. So I left cause I'm not going to keep waiting just so they could put me in a room and make me wait some more like always. Last time I was here it was the same thing but I didn't have to be anywhere. This is the 3rd time in a row that the appointment time isn't honored and there will not be a 4th time! If I show up late I'm sure I will get charged a late fee, so why can't we charge a late fee too? Wanted my time getting the kids dressed and making the drive with today's gas prices. All I needed was 2 shots for my kid to enter kindergarten
I had my yearly mammogram and I was in and out in mere minutes. Chrystal was fast and very thorough and I felt she did an exceptional job. I got the results that day. Great experience. Thank you.
If you schedule your appointment you are in and out. Never have to wait long. Great people.
I had to wait over one hour after I checked in for my tests. They claim the check in girl did not send tests to lab
This facility never misses an opportunity to cause it’s patients to be charged extra money they shouldn’t have to pay. They code things wrong and send your prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy all the time. My most recent visit I told them one of my prescriptions had to go to my local pharmacy because it accepts the Astra Zeneca card. For the second time now, they have sent it to Express Scripts costing me $175 unnecessarily and there’s nothing I can do about it even though it’s clearly their mistake. If you like paying more for healthcare and prescriptions, this is the place for you!
Great experience all around! I am a long time mammography tech and did not mention that to the tech performing my mammogram because I didn’t want her to feel awkward. She figured it out anyway I’m guessing from some of the comments and questions I asked. I needn’t have been concerned. Mimi was a total professional. Not only was she pleasant and friendly, she obviously knew what she was doing. I took a peek at my finished images and I could not have done better myself! She was confident and personable. You are lucky to have Mimi as an Edward/Elmhurst employee and I am lucky to have encountered her as my technologist. Thank you all!

I went in for my yearly mammogram, which I really dislike doing! The tech was so kind to me! She felt bad when I had to redo some images because of a bad image. Since I’m going thru menopause & this mammogram was more uncomfortable, she did do her best to try to keep me comfortable!
