Excellent staff. My wife had a pretty awful experience at a nearby minute clinic, so it was nice to see a significantly better place nearby. I know some people here have complained about the billing of this place. We did not run into that, but I would just confirm with your insurance that everything you need here will be covered.

I went today for a mammogram.  Everything was all good up until I went in with the technician. She was very unpleasant.  Seems like she had an attitude out of this world. She was mumbling through a mask, didn't want to speak up. She acted as if she was tired of doing mammograms or something.  If you don't like the job, don't work in the field.  If it wasn't for her I probably would have gave 5 stars. But I probably wouldn't ever go back to that location for a mammogram.  By the way the intake specialist was very pleasant.

I didn’t even know this location existed. I needed to schedule a mammogram and this location had openings that worked for me. I found the free parking instructions easy for downtown Oak Park. Arrived early and was seen about 5-7mins later. The tech was very nice, finished quickly and even reminded me to remove the stickers.  I will definitely utilize this location again.

When I walked in there the smell was not pleasant.  Check in was good.  The technician that did my mammogram was very unpleasant and she hurt me during the exam,  not the machine, but how she was twisting and turning my beast as if they were nor real.  I will never go there again, worst experience ever.

I truly enjoy going to  Elmhurst in Oak Park for my mammogram.  They are courteous, professional and are very prompt.  Thank you for your service.

Everything was Flawless for my yearly Mammogram appointment on Monday, September 19th. I was taken back on time by Clara and my appointment was complete in under 15 minutes!  Clara was so very kind and thoughtful. She made the experience very pleasant for something that is not always a "favorite" appointment.  Thank you Clara and staff at Edward-Elmhurst Health Center in Oak Park, IL.

Wonderful service, my doctor is amazing-- thorough, friendly and professional.  The staff are friendly and helpful.  It feels like a personable small-town clinic in a big city.

DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE. I went to see Dr. Biester and during the visit I mentioned that I had another health related issue . She recommended that I go to the front desk and make an appointment to see Dr. Sage. I did so and a few weeks later received an outrageous bill where I was charged an extra $318 on top of the regular doctor visit fee because the doctor recommended that I see another doctor. My insurance refuses to cover the cost. I then go so Dr. Sage and tell her of my issues and she gives me a referral for an MRI and sends me on my way. A few weeks later I receive another outrageous bill that charges me an extra $318 for Dr. Sage's MRI referral on top of the regular visit costs that of course my insurance company refuses to cover. Shame on me for letting them do this to me twice. All I can say is that there is some sort of racket running out of this office. Reading the other reviews and horror stories of other people being robbed by this place only confirms it more. DO NOT GO HERE.

Incredibly unprofessional place. Unfortunately, I have BlueCross Health Insurance etc, so I only rely on Elmhurst locations only. It has remand the same throughout my years being here. The staff is incredibly unreliable. They are rude and will give you sass if you ask a question. They will hang up on you. They always transfer you because they don’t know HOW to help you. And as for the Doctors. I have been misdiagnosed by Doctors here. They always tell me, “I THINK you have-“ as well as “ I doubt it is-“. They then proceed to ask me if I have any questions afterwards, for protocol purposes. They will tell me, “well if you had read the paper, it states”. As someone who is not in the medical field. I can not understand the majority of what the paper states. In worse cases majority, they will have the audacity to bill you. For what-Only to tell you what you already knew or that you needed to resolve the “issue” with some Tylenol.
