I'm tired of this song and dance about them not doing blood draws on any other day but Mondays and then can't ever schedule a reasonable appointment. Some of us have lives with jobs. Stop the games!

I got to say that today was probably one of the best medical consultations and exam that I have had in my lifetime. Laura Martin was absolutely wonderful with me and help me through a lot of things that I've been trying to get over for the last couple of years. The front desk was awesome the other staff treated me with nothing but kindness and were friendly. This is a godsend to me thank you all for your wonderful help.

I patiently waited 8 months to see a dental hygienist here. Took the day off work and showed up early just for them to tell me, ***on the day of the appointment at the front desk***, that the hygienist wasn’t even coming in that day. No courtesy call to let me know ahead of time, no recourse for having wasted 8 months of waiting! I’ve never felt so simultaneously disrespected and disappointed by a healthcare facility.  If you need dental care, don’t waste your time being waitlisted by this facility for services they don’t even intend to provide the day of your appointment. Complete lack of professionalism in client care. Amazing this place can stay licensed if this is how they regularly treat patients, because the old woman I vented to outside said she deals with the same offensive inconsistencies from the clinic, so be warned folks, my experience does not seem to be uncommon.

The history of Valley-Wide health systems is profound and we need this place and its ancillary clinics. Poor folks need good health care too and we wouldn't have it without the intentions and actions of the doctors and staff who built it....hopefully the uneducated can be less afraid of social systems that embrace healthcare for everyone who needs it.

I've never been more disappointed in a medical clinic. They don't call when they say they will. That's of course waiting 3 weeks for an answer and still don't have it. I clearly am asking because something is wrong not because I love having blood work and biopsies done. I just want to know what's wrong not continuing to talk to your answering service daily

Hour+ waits everytime, everytime. Spend so much money, usually  ends with a misdiagnosed or no diagnosis.  I've already moved me son's care, will be moving myself after today.

Michael Noonan is a great PA and I love everything about this place. Anytime I have a problem Grace Sandoval is right on it.

The staff at the dental clinic here are all very friendly!
