Most unprofessionally run center. I was sent back on my first scheduled visit as they were working with my insurance and the nurse over there told me to wait for a call before coming to the center. Fair Enough. I get a call two days after to confirm everything is good and visit the center. I went there as scheduled and to my surprise they said for some reason my schedule was pushed for two days later by the manager. No one called me about the change and the nurse there was not sure why my schedule got moved. She took my number and told me that the manager will call and they will take care of it. It's been 5 days since she said that. I neither get a call nor any confirmation to visit. I am now confused if I should visit or wait for call. I think I am going to get sick thinking about their behavior and unprofessional service.
My experience here was wonderful. I was so scared, because I had no idea what to expect. The staff explained everything that was happening and exactly how the testing worked. I highly recommend this Sleep Center for anyone that needs a study done. I was surprised by how comfortable the bed was and how the room looked like a hotel room. I even had my own bathroom. The gentleman rating the facility with one star has nothing to do with the actual facility. They have nothing to do with follow-up from a doctor. They only perform the testing and forward the information. His review is irrelevant.
Personnel at facility were fine HOWEVER the follow-up with results and next steps have been MISERABLE. No one has called in 3 1/2 weeks. When I called today to find out status I was referred to another doctor in another medical group and now I am in waiting mode again. I wish I had waited for another facility to do this testing. I do NOT recommend this facility due to their poor follow up after the tests.
Katy was extremely unprofessional at best. Shirley wasn’t much better. If they are like this now not likely it will improve. I won’t complete the study there as a result and have already found an alternative
