Edwards Irvine Spectrum 21 IMAX & RPX

Very friendly service. Tuesday value ticket price is very hard to beat at $6.50. Concessions are what you would expect and that's a compliment. Large parking garage a short walk from the theater as well. I consider it well worth the drive.

The location recently got renovated. Very clean and neat place. Nice food options. Overall, the place is huge with many different screen options such as IMAX, 4DX, etc.

I went to watch Coldplay's River Plate concert film at this location and had a great time! The theater itself is very spacious and the concessions area is new and clean. However, I was surprised to see the outdated seats in my auditorium. The seat would not stay reclined and didn't recline a comfortable amount. I've been to different locations in both the area and in different states in the past but this was my first time sitting in such old-style seats. I enjoyed my time there, but it was a little uncomfortable for me to sit in for such a long time. Screen X / Auditorum 20

The security guard on the 2nd floor repeatedly harassed us by questioning the legitimacy of our tickets and whether they were scanned, despite other employees already checking them at the ticket entrance and when we ordered our popcorn. This disrespectful behavior, along with his phone usage on the job, clearly demonstrates his unprofessionalism and justifies his termination.

Beautiful theater with great service. Bar is full of options, including frosted drinks and snacks. Bathrooms are clean. Chairs are incredibly comfortable. Totally worth it.

Wow it has been years since I've seen a movie and this place is just so nice inside! There are even nice seats in the middle of the area where you buy your food and drinks. It's just such a nice area with food stands on the sides as well, and even a coffee cafe area too. I didn't order anything but I was just amazed at how nice it was inside and very clean. Seats were comfortable too and it wasn't too cold in the theater.

I’ve been coming here for years and the customer service is always great, but today was exceptional. I ordered my food and sat at my VIP showing of Meg 2. Soon after, Lawrence came and dropped off my food. I had forgotten about a couple of things and he went out of his way to go back-and-forth for me three times. This guy is next level customer service. So impressed!

Seats and viewing experience are very nice but the theater has systemic issues that made my overall experience awful. Lining up for concessions took over 30 minutes due to the slow popcorn machines. They need to change how people line up to buy them, maybe adding a non-popcorn line. Seats for my group were double-booked and I missed a good chunk of the movie because of it. Regardless of the issues, the employees were very nice and the customer service was great.

Pro: -ample parking and valet -lots of places to shop or eat around spectrum -wide space inside theatre, multiple concession area, VIP area included -easy to get to Con: -dirty outside; cockroaches spotted outside while walking around -seats didn't look like they were clean beforehand -movie started late almost 30 mins past scheduled time; no previews for Oppenheimer -seats could be more comfortable for imax

I love the Irvine Spectrum. Always have since I was a young teen growing up in South Orange County with my friends and family. Many years later, as a married woman and Elevation Online Church member, it was amazing to spend Easter Sunday with my husband and church family for a watch party. Elevation paid for us to be able to come together and enjoy church service. It was a special day and brought back so many memories.
