I recently had a rather odd experience at this Cinema. The initial impression was great - a spacious, clean lobby that set high expectations. However, our excitement dwindled as we entered Theater 19 for the movie. The condition was disappointing; the seats were torn and had turned an unsightly black due to dirt. A foul smell pervaded the theater, which seriously soured our experience. Regrettably, I couldn't capture pictures to illustrate the state of the seats and carpets, as I didn't want to disturb fellow moviegoers. To top it off, the staff member who sold us tickets displayed extreme rudeness, communicating solely through nods and gestures, making the whole process unpleasant.
This theatre is clean. Great atmosphere with plenty of free parking. Tons of restaurants to dine in before or after the movie. There’s a beautiful water fountain to watch along with a fireplace to sit close by and stay warm outside the theater. Best time to go and save money is during the matinee time. One thing they can improve on is the food. The nacho chips, hot dogs is very salty. Stick to the traditional popcorn and soda!! You get a free refill on large popcorn. You do purchase your ticket at the concession stand and pick your own seat. If you do decide to purchase your ticket online through Fandango, there is an additional convenience fee of $5.75 plus how many tickets you are getting.
The theatre itself is big with lots of screens. Not the most modern movie theater, but good. No recliners. Biggest issue though is that they don't sell alcohol. Most theaters are getting with the program and seeking alcohol, but not here.
Lovely place to visit. The movie theater is nice and clean with comfortable seats.
Nice, clean, and huge. The popcorn line is super slow so get there early or else. The guy who helped us figure out the kiosk was extremely helpful. I wish I got his name. We will be back but we will get there early.
This theater was only selling tickets at the concession stand on the busiest weekend of the year creating long, massive lines. Open the Box Office! Concessions are so slow I had to download and install the app while O waited to purchase tickets and they have the nerve to charge a huge “convenience” fee for using that method. There is nothing convenient about a closed box office, a huge wait to buy tickets behind people getting soda and popcorn, and being forced to download and install the Regal app only to be charged a ridiculous fee on top of the already high prices. Then another line before entry to get the digital tickets scanned on a malfunctioning tablet. What happened to the simple ticket checker/ripper? They’re shooting themselves in the foot. Not only that, my movie didn’t start until 25 minutes after the posted time due to the endless ads and previews what happened to 10 minutes of previews?!. The theater experience has fallen so far from where it used to be it’s no wonder they’re struggling to stay in business. The actual building was clean and the projection quality was fine.
Nice seats and clean theater. Helpful staff. Beautiful old style neon marquis facade in front.
Movie quality was fine. The seats were comfortable but the arm rests were broken and hung too low with drinks inside. Very unhappy with the concessions. Took 20 minutes to get to the front of the line. I was told pretzels would be an extra 5-10 minutes. They were out of all the cherry flavored icee. Popcorn didn't taste quite right. I will be trying a different theater in the future.
Only 1 of 6 kiosks worked to buy a ticket. We were in line to get refreshments and the manager was standing to the side. Didn't offer to help the staff get thru customers, then it turned out they said it wasn't even a line and to go get in another line. They lost money because of this. However, I do commend this theater for showing The Sound of Freedom.
I like this big complex of theaters. However, now tickets are purchased at kiosks inside, and my Regal card is so old it will longer scan. So then I must buy tickets at the concession stand, which means standing in the same lines as those buying concessions! Last visit, only 2 ahead of me 2 lines open, but after they ordered nachos, popcorn, candy, etc., it still took over 12 minutes to get a ticket! I wish they had a separate line for tickets only.
