I rent from Edwards Realty. This company was so helpful getting me in to my homes.  If I ever had an issue with maintenance. The office ladies were always very understanding and had someone at my house within a day to fix my maintenance issues. I have been a long time renter and when I decide to buy a home I will use Edwards Realty. I have met some of their Realtors and they have been extremely nice and knowledgeable about various different programs to help first time home buyers. This is a wonderful company. Sad to see some had a bad experience, I have never had an issue in all of my 8 years, with this company. I have moved from a smaller as my family grown into a larger home. Always with Edward Realty. I give this company 10 thumbs up.

Do not go through this company for anything. They charge 40 for app fees and took a month to a month and a half to process info for a rental and decide they wanted to give the place to someone else because there was to much work involved with someone being assisted by a government office for rent because they have to relocate because of lead levels and sent the information by message instead of calling to tell us they were giving the rental to someone else further down their list because they want money now so I'm out 80 dollars and have no place to rent because they made it sound like we had the place.

This company withheld important information from me that caused me to place a poor tenant in my rental property.  As my property management company, I expected them to review applicants truthfully and provide me all details so I could make an informed decision about accepting an applicant as a tenant, but they did exactly the opposite.  They withheld the information from me that the applicant had several pages of late payment history and charge offs.  Not knowing this information, I approved the applicant and over the course of a two year period, with the second year by far being the worst, the tenant caused me incredible stress, late payment after late payment, and now owes me over $800 in damages and unpaid bills all because Edwards Realty didn't give me accurate information.  I only found out after the tenant moved out that Edwards did this, otherwise I would have fired them right away.  Edwards Realty and their owner, RJ Edwards, has refused to accept responsibility for their actions.  If you are looking for a property management company or other real estate related services, I would look elsewhere.  My experience shows this company to be dishonest and unwilling to be accountable for problems they cause.  Avoid doing business with them.

Edwards Realty were very helpful in my rental home search. They not only got me into one of their homes this also pointed outher homes in the area that might also work for our family. I the end we choose to stay with this company. Not often you find someone to go through great lenghts to help you even if it is not going to put money in their pockets. For a understsnding company i recommend Edwards Realty.

Don't have any issues with them... although their website leads to a pharmacy site that sells viagra. Someone should probably look into that.

My review/rating is totally dependent upon the "actions" of Edward's Realty Co. that shall transpire within the next few weeks....stay tuned.

Do yourself a favor and work with someone else, stay away from this realtor and his company.  There are much more professional people out there.

Wonderful well informed and extremely helpful staff! Always going the extra mile for everyone! I highly recommend Edward's Realty!
