Edwards Theaters

Facility is consistently dirty, they don't use the box office which often makes it crowded on release days of popular movies. the seats are falling apart and uncomfortable, the temperature in the theaters is always either to hot or to cold. If you can spend a little extra money and go to the Roxxy, it's a much better theater

I had not been to the theater in over 3 years and was excited for a theater experience. It was a horrible experience. The theater lobby was very dirty. The concession area was lacking candy, most were sold out. The area around the butter had popcorn all over the floor and the counter was filthy and had used cups on top. The theater was hot and humid. The seats reclining system was broken and my seat would not go to the down position. Chair cushions were old and dirty. Overall it was a very unpleasant movie theater experience. I do not plan on coming back any time soon.

I visited this place on National Cinema Day and it was disappointing. Despite buying my ticket in advance, there was a mix-up with the assigned seats when I arrived at the auditorium. We compared tickets and realized that we had the same seat in the same auditorium, but for different movies. This confusion seemed to be happening to other customers as well. The staff was trying to figure out what had happened, and eventually, it became clear that the movies had been switched, causing the ticket mix-up. Unfortunately, by the time the issue was resolved, the movie had already started. Because of the inconvenience, I approached Josh, the manager, hoping he would want to make this right. However, his response dismissive. He offered a refund or a different movie as alternatives but this did nothing to address the time and money wasted by everyone involved. His solution was to waste more of my time by having to wait another three hours for the next showing? Tell me how that makes sense. What bothered me the most was his dismissive attitude towards the situation. He claimed that since the ticket price was only four dollars, there was no need to make amends for their mistake. This response was not only insulting but also demeaning, especially considering that I have been coming here since I was a kid. While I understand that errors can occur, it is disheartening to witness Josh shirk responsibility and neglect to provide satisfactory customer service. It would’ve made a world of difference if he had made a genuine effort to compensate customers for the inconvenience caused, even with a simple gesture like offering free popcorn or a future movie pass. Regardless of the ticket price, the fact remains that they wasted everyone's time and money, and that’s what Josh failed to see.

Our visit here today was Excellent, this is possibly the cleanest and most Amazing looking Theater we've been to!! The food and snack area was well stocked the prices were fair and all very good plus there was Combo option perfect! Overall we had the best time watching the movie and seats were very comfortable Thank you working associates and crew members!!

This theatre is clean and comfortable, with friendly staff. They burnt my popcorn a little but it was still okay. Their seats fully recline, but you have to share an armrest with your neighbor. And despite the reclining I still think the first few rows have a pretty steep viewing angle. There are only two bathrooms in the whole place and one is a family bathroom so it's one person at a time. All together I think it's a good theatre, but it's a little expensive and you don't get any of the things a lot of theatre's are doing lately like alcoholic drinks.

I do not recommend this theater. It used to be one of my favorites years back. Now it seems there is negligence inside the theaters. Last two experiences the family and I had was, recliners not reclining and messy aisles.

There is no ticket booth so prepare in advance. We waited close to 20 minutes in line at the concession stand to get our movie tickets. Three lines for people purchasing food when a line should be for people who need tickets. Very slow staff. Cleanliness of the theater was ok. Why have a ticket booth at the entrance and not use it? Instead they have two people standing around just to scan the tickets after the concession stand. Imax theater does not have recliner seats and the seats are large, stiff back with a built in cushion and have a bounce to them

Nothing premium about this place. Ticketing froze yesterday evening and unable to get tickets to 730pm movie. Now we show up and are required to pay upgrade cost because this theatre has premium recliners. Seats were severely worn and as for the PLEATHER it was coming off on my clothes.

Good value for tickets on Tuesday and for Regal members. Watched the Oppenheimer in its IMAX screen. The screen is a bit small to my expectation but with great audio and sound. However, the chairs are not that comfortable and the headrests show signs of worn and overused.

Good theater. Conveniently located. Sou f of Freedom movie was wow. Some scenes just tore at your heart. Tim Ballard has titanium you know what.
