Edwards Theatres Circuit

So there is no point using the computers outside, would be nice to use but you can not use your regal card ever! And never get a deal on Tuesday. You have to go to the cash register inside and wait 3hours listening to customers complain about nothing sugar free to get a ticket to see a movie, when there is a computer outside but no one updated them to take the card. Let’s see, this is one of many small easy to fix reasons why the business is going down.

For the amount of money spent to see a movie at regal in Fairfield, you’d think the accommodations would be better well kept. Majority of the seats look like this if not worse. On top of dirty, they’re uncomfortable and this wouldn’t matter but the price does not match what you get. I’m giving two stars instead of one because the employees. The employee's are accommodating and helpful which makes this better. But the theatre it self, I’ll drive for a more comfort and clean theatre next time

I watched Black Panther Wakanda Forever. The service @ the concession stand was excellent! The theater was very clean! I even had a lil fun on the racing arcade. Great experience! I would recommend Regal Edwards Fairfield to anyone! Have & ENJOY "The Movie Experience"!!!!

We came here on October 16, 2022 to see the minions movie. The staff was friendly and nice. The price was ok. When we got the our movie theater section all the “red” seats where black. The seats are outdated and disgusting. Be aware if your ok in seating in a movie seat that’s worse then a motel 6 bed. I strongly encourage you to drive the extra minutes to the movie theatre in Vacaville.

It is comfortable to be able to park at the disabled parking space in front of the cinema. With wheelchair access spaces it is a lot easier for us to move around without difficulty.

Not the cleanest. Nice younger staff, but management seems to be on vacation. The theatre was really cold too; probably in anticipation of a larger crowd? My teeth were chattering. Cheap too, but now I see why :-

We had a problem, and the young man in charge took care of us. We will definitely return to Edwards Theater. We hadn't been out to the movies since pre-covid. We really enjoyed it.

I bought tickets to watch a movie and went to ask a worker where the auditorium was. I bought them online bc the line was too long and he ended up thinking I didnt pay. Also didnt tell me where theather was so I went looking around in other theathers for it. And when I eventually found it, he followed me into the theather probably going to ask about my tickets again but finally left me alone. Been to this movie theathers for 10+ years now but can say Ive never felt uncomfortable by a worker. Also I went with a group of friends and when one of them went to bathroom he again asked where he was going, not sure if he was trying to be funny.

Worst theater I've seen since high-school. No upgrades at all. Cloth seats without recliner capability. No attached eating trays or heat. All pricing is same! Since when do children pay Same as an adult $10.25. Worst of all-- No senior discounts! Horrible food and snacks. Popcorn was stale no kettle korn, and undercooked pizza. Never again. Close it down and put a Round 1 or Chuck E Cheese. Better still a skating rink would be great for the young people.

These have to be the dirtiest seats in a theater ever..I have never witnessed or experienced arriving to a theater and the seats were "mildewy dark runt black" stained like that! like literally HEALTH DPT NEED TO GET ON THIS.NOT 1 BUT FULL AUDITORIUMS OF SEATS.Renovations for much needed b4 this place should allow anyone to enter.Wont be back there again..Have to bring a blanket you want to trash after cover the seat to sit in,but if u do all that no point in going.Skin Allergy folk keep your distance,or any1 for that matter...GROSS..Someone else go see and post a pic. IM NOT LYING.NEVER POSTED A PUBLIC REVIEW B4 BUT TRIED CALLING CORPORATE,AND HEALTH DOT BUT GUESS NO 1 ANSWERS ON SUNDAY.
