Overall, this place is nice to get on your feet. Save money, and be prosperous in the future. Most people would look down on a place like this but it's great. Management do what they can to help out and so far so good on my end. Neighbors are descent and majority treat you like family, why I posted 4 stars because a few neighbors just seem a little overwhelming at times. You have to respect that this is not an apartment for you to stay forever. It's a stepping stone. In October it would be a year for me, prices have gone up but they are reasonable. A lot of renovating and remodeling going on at the moment. You do have to be patient in order to be placed in one of the rooms. Never call just push up. If I was ever again in a rut God forbid I would most definitely come back. You have to be a judgement free individual and open minded to stay here. Hope this helps. Bless!
If you are looking for temporary housing, and you have the money? WELCOME TO EFFICIENCY LODGE. IT'S WHAT YOU MAKE it. The room is adequate, separate bath,and kitchen. No.pests. Neighbors are a mixed bag. No real problems. Laundry on site.Rooms: 3/5
This place provides weekly room rates but lately they increase the rates weekly. Saying that since they are a "hotel", rates fluctuate. There are no amenities here! No pool, no continental breakfast, no exercise equipment/room, no housekeeping, no landscaping, etc. The internet is very slow. Individuals have to provide their own TV, microwave, small fridge and phone. The available washer/dryers are old. Trash is always piled up by the dumpster. Maintenance is very slow to respond to repair requests. if you don't spray your room, you would have roaches. This is only a place to live temporarily to avoid being homeless under a bridge as a last option.
Not very helpful for working people who are in transition and need an affordable place to live. In order to talk to someone you have to show up on the property and see for yourself. Otherwise, calling they'll always tell you NO!Service: 1/5
I'm a homeless woman with a nine yr old daughter, however, I've been blessed to be here for about 4months. Ms. Christine is angelic. She displays professionalism and compassion at the same time. The property is well kept and it is a very safe environment for a family. They also have Studios as well as Efficiencies at an affordable price. There's a whole plaza with the grocery store, cities trend, beauty supply store and a bowling lane. We have a laundry room on the facility as well as in the plaza. You'll have a host of restaurants to eat at nearby walking distance.
Went to chk on a room and was told they dont have any due to the fact they are trying to get 10 to 12 rooms new carpet and the mgr told me he would call and let me know the price amd when it will be available that was nearly 3 weeks now. They need to be better and new mangers that now what they are doing.
Don't waste your time here at this dirty place.I am very proud of myself i was able to move out and do better ..I couldn't stand living under unfit ppl...From the front desk maintenance and groundkeepers they don't care how you live here ..They don't fix things properly they hire anybody to work here they just don't care.....Rooms: 1/5

Honestly, Your experience here is going to be based off what type of person you is. I enjoyed living there for the time I was there, I was in room 205 across from the office. People respected me because i carried myself different. The price was great! They was super friendly with me, I'm looking into going back soon.Rooms: 5/5
