Best Salon! JR owner is very knowledgeable with great sense of style. All the staff is great and well trained. Great atmosphere. I see Stephanie. I couldn’t be happier. She gives me amazing highlights that last forever. I have tons of gray and my color stays vibrant and shiny for a long time. So lucky to have found this salon. Strongly recommended. My daughter and husband also get their hair done here.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had. The owner JR himself couldn't even manage to do a basic hair coloring. He talked around it instead of owning up his mistake. Very rude! My hair has under went severe damage! Please find another salon if you want a good service!Service: Hair coloring

I followed my stylist here from another salon and I am glad she made the switch, this place is really intimate and relaxed. It isn't so trendy that you only see the "beautiful people" but it isn't your mother's hair salon either. The clientelle are a nice mix of younger people, moms and senior citizens. The red walls give it a nice feel and all the stylists are very professional. I go to Anna, so I can personally recommend her work. She is a great colorist and stylist. She listens to what I want and has always delivered.

JR is by far the best hair stylist around. I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years. Currently I travel 2000 in order to have JR take care of my hair. I wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff is very friendly and welcoming.

GO SEE JAYNIE! Not only is she beautiful, she is also such a conversationalist! The salon was very clean and I was greated with very warm smiles. Must be California She gave me beautiful blonde highlights. Jaynie gave the most detailed hair cut that I have ever had. She very much cares about the end product! Terrible terrible terrible. We walked in and Carl was the only one available to cut my brothers hair. Which was fine. Ladies at the front desk were sweet and polite the only reason why I selected one star. However, Carl honestly did not know how to cut men’s hair. AT ALL. He took a very long time. And wasn’t able to shape or trim his eye brows properly. ALSO, upon finishing I asked politely if he could trim the back a little shorter for him because it looked REALLY uneven. I couldn’t believe he was going to leave it LIKE THAT. He looked so insulted that I asked him politely to cut it shorter. He even said “okay. Do you want to do it yourself” and tried to hand me the razor. I was so shocked. I politely said “I wasn’t trying to be rude with asking if you could cut it shorter...it’s just we want to be happy with this hair cut” and he just kept shaking his head as if I was the rudest and most appalling person on earth. We left the salon very unsatisfied. His eye brows were still not shaped and his hair was still really long and not up to par. $40 wasted. I regret leaving Carl an $8 tip, but I’m not that heartless. However I’m SOOO DISSAPOINTED and ANGRY, I mentioned it to the ladies at the front desk and they apologized...No professional stylist should ever treat a paying client like that, especially if the client is politely asking for a better product.

Jaynie is an amazing stylist! She does my cut, color, highlights and does wonders with a round brush. My hair has never looked better.

Been going to Ego Salon for years! JR and his team are professional, friendly and do wonderful work!
